CUSTARD MILK / CREME ANGLAISE
• Halo-halo with Creme A...

Ingredients:
1 can evaporated creamer
1 can condensed milk
3 eggyolks
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsps vanilla essence
1. Put 1 tbsp of sugar into 3 eggyolks and mix them together
2. In a pot, pour 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 can of condensed milk. Add 1~2 tsp of vanilla essence. Bring it to boil.
3. Slowly combine vanilla milk into eggyolk mixture. Put them together in a pot boil in medium heat.
4. Make a waterbath, and let it cool into it.
* Use this custard milk into your halohalo, and it will be extra creamy.

Yun pong ginawa ko 2 week sa fridge pero ok pa rin sya.. Meron din akong nilagay sa freezer 1 month na pero ok pa rin. Para pong ice cream kapag kinuha sa freezer, just leave it in a room temperature bago po gamitin.

Kapag kinuha mo sa freezer parang ice cream, you have to leave it in room temperature for a few minutes, then mix it well. It will be back to normal.
