Tbh, I like the cropped vest, personally while I love tucking in my t shirts I have never been a fan of doing it with vewts
I keep a foam roller under my desk as a foot rest. Helps relieve the tension from sitting because I habitually start rolling it every few mins. I also just get up and walk around for a few mins every 30mins - 1hr to get blood flowing back to my legs and to give my brain a break from the constant information overload from interreacting with a screen all day.
When you taking care of your body and in good shape, you probably look great in any outfit! I haven't seen any bad one you showed us👍🏼

Dig the style. My only question are the primarily only for fit guys or is there options for larger / average guys. Like I actually like the length but would need more room in the middle and back.
Just invest in a standing desk. It has changed my game. I alternate between the chair and standing and it makes a huge difference.

far as the jewelry, i think it’s one of those things that you have to decide if it’ll be a permanent part of your look to be an investment. I’ve gone through a few different style and price range of rings before settling on what felt right, but I got rings with the intention of wearing them no matter what else I wear and has become very much a part of me thus worth the investment!

hi Daniel, I work in tech and we have an ergonomics program. I saw a few things wrong with your setup that is probably contributing to your issues. Your eyes should be level to the screen so your neck isnt tilted down, your arms are tilted up so your shoulders may be upshing up as well, and your feet should be flat against the floor + your chair is not made for working its only for temporary eating. im not an ergonomics professional but at work after they gave mea foot stool (im a very short person), a computer chair so I could adjust the height, and a monitor with an adjustable stand things have been much better. It will be worth googling what ergnomic positiions are best for those that spend a long time at the computer (dont take my word cuz i could be wrong with mya ssessment of you sitting) but as a 30 year old.. that shit catches up lol
