  • This video is captured from the last video [ New Ways to Increase Blood Oxygen for COVID-19 Patients]. The reason we shorten the film is that people can follow the content of the film to do these exercises more easily.
To clarify here, these actions are mainly to help COVID patients restore lung functions and increase blood oxygen levels, but they cannot cure the disease. If you want to completely eliminate the virus, you need the body's immunity. We have other videos to teach you how to strengthen your own immunity.
For those who are suspected of being infected or diagnosed, we do not encourage you to rely on these exercises without seeking medical advice. But we do see clinically that these actions can quickly and effectively alleviate many lung-related symptoms for the unfortunately infected.
If you want to learn more, we offer online group class. Please contact us through Email or Facebook.
