Definitely going to use these exercises for my hands. Speaking of tennis elbow, I had it years ago. While the family doctor suggested the armband, my orthopedic surgeon recommended a simple exercise very similar to your towel squeeze. It worked great. I was healed in about 3 weeks.

DeQuervains tenosynovitis of left base of thumb and wrist. Tried everything. Rest, ice, massage, PT, Cort injections, acupuncture, chiropractic nothing; difficult to strengthen due to pain, has reduced the discomfort/pain for more than a few hours. Investigated stem cell injection therapy, but here in California it's over $9000 for reputable treatment. Looks like I'll just have to live with it. But won't stop working out and keeping healthy 😊
