As usual nice video , when u r going with 6-7 person in hexa it will give u fantastic road grip and confidence , handling is superb , steering is perfect for this heavy weight Hexa , very comfortable car , bindas boliye hexa is superb.

I drive a XUV500 now and i was using a Safari Storme for 5 years before owning the XUV. With no doubt, i will say that Storme is much better car compared to XUV.
Since Hexa is a premium and more modern offering than Storme, i bet it is a better deal over XUV.
Advantages of Storme.
1) Strong body and that justifies its weight. Its a very safe and solid car.
2) Heavy duty suspension. Storme has a car like suspension set up unlike the Dicor which had torsion beam set up. I had a Dicor too for 7 years. Storme just glides over potholes.
3) Storme has a better turning radius than XUV. Surprised?
4) Excellent stability both on road and off the road.
5) Commanding drive position and you will love that. People will notice you driving a Safari.
6) Reasonable mileage - 13Kms/L.
7) Yearly or 15000kms service. I spent nothing other than these periodical maintenance. Cheaper to maintain.
8) Acres of space in first 2 rows. Huge boot space.
9) A very comfortable highway cruiser.
10) Good wheel articulation. All wheels still touches the ground while taking sharp curves with inclination.
Disadvantages of Storme.
1) Scarce on features.
2) Body roll because of the taller design. XUV too have a good body roll.
3) Difficult for the elderly to climb inside the car.
4) Maneuvering and parking in the city.
5) Non competent sales and service people. I guess the situation is much better now.
6) Poor resale value.
Advantages of XUV.
1) More car like.
2) Exhaustive feature list.
3) Mileage - 15Kms/L.
4) More modern design.
5) Almost the same ground clearance that of Storme but a better ingress for elderly.
6) Feels premium.
7) Better handling in the city.
8) Better resale value.
Disadvantages of XUV.
1) Not a strongly built car (thinner sheet metal) and doesn't feel solid.
2) Body roll and unsettled ride.
3) Humongous torque steer since it is a front wheel drive car.
4) You can feel even the smallest rough patch on the road.
5) Stiff ride.
6) Cramped third row.
7) No boot space with all 3 rows up.
8) Smaller rear windshield limits the view while reversing. Need to have a reverse cam.
I moved to XUV since i want a fresher car and for the ease of use by the elderly in my home. Now after using it, i feel i could have gone for the Hexa.
Hexa me 400Nm torque acche se pata chalta hai jab baithte hain. Par lightweight ki wajah se XUV overtaking k lie badia hai!

I have test driven both.
XUV's steering is too light for my liking and gives a scare.
Hexa feels solid and planted while driving and we feel confidence in its steering.
Hexa is to go for. Solid build, Excellent quality.

I'm planning to buy a new car. I've test driven XUV and HEXA at showrooms in Bangalore and felt HEXA is much more better in quality, comfort, build quality and driving experience. I think TATA did a brilliant job with the HEXA and it can win over Innova any day, any time!

AJsVIEW not worth the money... no resale , music system screen is too small, steering is hell to control, front area is not practical, battery is substandard , and replacement is not available at tata store, many good cars in same price. And I can say that because I own Tata and xuv both.

XUV's biggest drawback is its steering. It scares the shit out of you where in the HEXA is mightily steady beast. "XUV 2nd row has more room than HEXA" is what you said. I mean seriously!! Get well soon bro!! Get well soon 🤣🤣🤣

Xuv has hydraulic steering bro. Don’t promote wrong info. And I have taken my Xuv 500 to Ladakh, Manali, Gujarat, NE, etc and mostly ran on highways and no issues with it at all. I own W10 since past 5 yrs now

Very good review but only one thing if you have choose xuv automatic then other hand it should be hexa automatic then it is equal because hexa AT drives way better then manual it accelerate much better and comes with sport mode and manual mode.

xuv is the much futuristic car this car have static bending lamp & esp provided on safety and it have hydraulic power steering , voice command ,and sunroof,music sys is better then hexa. i have xuv , when i go for exchange with hexa ,i feel my xuv is much better

I have recently purchased xuv500 for it's features and styling. Great comfort and ambience. Icy blue lounge and night life...wow...sunroof at sunset on hill station(been to yercaud) just amazing... suspension was not admirable though...But value for 💰....old war horse or old wine whatever you call it xuv500 will have a commanding road presence.
I will not prefer this car if i live in hilly areas because the off road capabilities of hexa is almost like a suv
