Did you have to replace the throttle cable? My throttle won’t snap back after installing the NIBBI 19mm on my ssr110.

I didn't replace the throttle cable at first it was sticking but I think you just have to break it in. It sounds kinda stupid but it worked for me. Just turn the bike on and just keep working the throttle back and fourth
