Such a random but really sweet commercial. They didn't have to go through the effort of obtaining the rights, hiring *really good* animators, and getting the original voice actors just for an ad. Like seriously who coordinated all this???? Mad respect. Feels like it was actually for the fans before anyone else. I never *ever* enjoy ads, but this was one of the few that actually had the heart and brains to resonate. Chrysler did an awesome job!

I remember seeing this commercial in the theater right before Bee Movie played. No joke. I had no idea this would be the last time I would ever see these characters (outside of Planet Sheen which I always forget existed, and want to forget existed).

Me and my family used to own a 2012. Dark blue. We had it for about 10 years until it unfortunately failed an inspection. It was a great van. We currently have a 2020 Chevy Tahoe in dark ash. It’s honestly better than the van, but whenever I see a Town & Country that’s just like it, i miss it very much

Man I miss me some Jimmy Neutron. With all the nostalgic IP's, characters, and stories being brought back in the modern-day world, how come Jimmy Neutron isn't one of them. As I mentioned in a previous comment earlier today, I really wish one day Nickelodeon will green-lit a Jimmy Neutron season 4 as a continuation and proper finale for the original tv series. I really hopes that happens one day, but as they say, "only time will tell".

For the people who don't understand technology, they had to animate then render this 1 minute commercial. To render a full 20 minute episode and animate it back then with this quality would have cost way too much.
There's also the fact that Jimmy Neutron was one of the first, if not the first, fully CGI television series.

Well I did say one of. It was, however, the first CGI cartoon to be animated using software anybody could buy, Lightwave 3D.
It was also the first fucking kick-ass CGI show.
Also Beast Wars.
While the series finale shows some of the villains in the show teaming up and ending up being stuck in the prehistoric times at the end, while it was a good episode, it wasn't a good series finale.
There was even plans for another movie, but that was cancelled. It does suck that we may never see our beloved boy genius and his friends ever again, because let's be honest, the show was ahead of its time.
It showed that science can be fun, and that it can be dangerous if neglected or properly handled. The adventures of Jimmy Neutron was my favorite show as a kid, and it sucks that this generation of kids won't get to experience this show the same way as we did.
If the show did come back I would definitely watch it, but seeing how Nickelodeon doesn't seem interested in rebooting the show (despite it being a good idea), they probably won't bring it back. Which is stupid, (for example) considering they've milked the Spongebob and Fairy Odd Parents to the point where the show is either dead or isn't as good anymore, let alone they did a live action show of Fairy Odd Parents (which was a stupid idea).
In conclusion, Jimmy Neutron deserved better, and Nickelodeon needs to get their shit straight. The show could make a comeback, but it's hard to say if it'll see the light of day again. Best that we hope for the best.

This van really was awesome. We had the limited with the dual dvd and stuff, was awesome being able to plug in a console to the TVS. Made road trips way more fun.

As someone who grew up with a Chrysler Town & Country minivan, I can officially say that this is an accurate reaction.
Truly unfathomable power, the Chrysler Town & Country has.
If Planet Sheen was animated like this, it would have been somewhat watchable
I can appreciate that even though it's a cheesy ad, it still sticks with the original feel. I want to see this show get renewed with the same cast and a MUCH larger per episode budget just for animation alone.
