Ful Wa Ta’ameya is a popular and delicious Egyptian 🇪🇬street food that has been enjoyed for centuries. This dish consists of two main components: Ful, which is mashed fava beans that are cooked with a variety of spices, and Ta’ameya, which are falafel-like patties made from ground fava beans, herbs, and spices.

You are so pleasant and lovely. I felt I was enjoying a meal with a college friend. BTW I love Egypt and felt very very at home there, strangely enough. Especially in the older parts near Khan el Khalili; snuck into a mosque and watched dervishes whirling for a cpl of hours. Then Hookah, tea and lounging w locals. Later koshari, squab and 30 other assorted snacky meats n veggies followed by short walk, ending with French caffe and amazing pastry :)🤩🤩🤩

لا اسمها اكلات مصرية رغيف الخبز ده موجود مثيله فالمتحف الغذائي لمصر من 6000 سنة نفس الشكل والملمس وبنفس الطريقة
وأي فودبلوجر عارف المصري من التركي من الشامي , والاكل المصري بالنسبة ليهم التوب لانه مطعم غني ومتنوع بسبب غنى البيئة فتلاقي البط والوز البري والحمام والحواوشي والكوشري والطعمية وغيره عشرات الاكلات حلو و حادق من مكونات بيئة الانسان المصري من الالف السنين ومش موجود مكوناتها فباقي بلاد الشرق عشان تسميها شرقية
