Absolutely, it actually really bothers me how all anyone ever talks about is Alex's power. We get it, the guy has other worldly power, but really it's his set ups and overall fight IQ that is so fascinating.

Everyone just said that Izzy has grown negating the big steps Alex has made.
A double champ in glory is not a small feat.
His kickboxing skills is on the same level as Izzy imo.
2 very different styles but both great.
Alex is a little more reckless (gets hit more often) but has a great chin and the knockout power.
Combined with his set ups, length and distance control makes him a dangerous opponent for everyone in the division.

Not that the failed kick messed up Izzy's plan right?? You could see that kick hit a nerve. He lost his confidence and we all saw who was doninating again for the whole fight
I mentioned in the longer video I released that we all understand the low kicks were a primary gameplan for Alex and it worked perfectly. This video explains how he was able to take advantage of the fact that Izzys legs weren't up to par by round 5, and even with a compromised Izzy, his reflexes are so good that you're still going to have to set up your finishing blow with great mastery and precision, which he did.
