HAPPY LATE 4/13!!!! It's been like a year since I made a lyric video lol. A reminder that I am not PhemieC and I all did was make the lyric video as a fan of their songs!!!! Anyway, I want to finish making all the videos for PhemieC's homestuck fansongs and hope to finish by the end of May. First, I'm gonna make higher quality versions of the ones I made in WeVideo(I'm unlisting the old ones once a new version is available) and then videos for the other songs. idk these videos are really simple and fun to make and I don't feel right not finishing them so yeeea

I was in summer of sophomore year when i discovered ugly story and i started listening to more once school started. I moved on eventually and now im 20, back into homestuck, listening to the rest of their Homestuck music. Makes me wonder why i didnt listen to it before

im overanalyzing this line trying to figure out if the red herring means somebody else but the whole song is directed at vriska so i guess its just fun wordplay. if i had to place a timeline for this song, its when terezi is in her dragon pj's and debating wether or not to kill the thief of light or let her go. before future terezi sends john back in time to change the timeline. i thought the red herring could be referring to karkat or even jack noir, given their blood truce when karkat entered the medium. and the impact agents have on the game and the fact jack noir got the queens ring made him fuck up the entirety of the troll's session.

Its weird. I am a Libra and I cant help but feel guilty about the things I said and done, because no matter what people say, I feel like without wanting to, I manipulate people into siding with me. I'm not sure if anyone else has already said this, but the way the lyrics go from fast paced to slower reminds me of Terezi's song: teal seer. It's a really nice touch!

For me the static was actually an important part of the song. it felt like Terezi's mind was going crazy when Vriska asked her "why can't i be neither or both" and Terezi seeing (or smelling) only black and white in terms of law cannot accept such a gray area, while she feels close to her as a friend on the other hand.
the memer of dank it's neat that you liked it! but that was just youtube messing up the video at that part! no matter how many times I uploaded that video it would always be corrupted around that part. if you were to look the song up on any of phemiec's official posts of it, that glitch is nowhere to be found

I basically am Terezi. I am a lot like her personality-wise, I'm pretty much blind without my glasses, I care deeply about justice, I love red (and other warm colors) and teal, I have short dark hair, law is my passion, and I'm going to become a lawyer irl. The only thing that's not like Terezi about me is the fact that I'm not a libra.

I'm going to study criminal law after highschool. But the thing that I relate to the most about Terezi is that technically on Alternia Terezi would have never been able to pursue a career in law inforcement because of her disability and sometimes she even admits that she brushes people off when they say she can't be a lawyer or police officer. So really Terezi has had people telling her she can't reach her goals and dreams because she's blind and yet she still never stops pursuing her goals. And all my life I've had people doubting my capabilities but time and time again I find ways to prove people wrong. I don't really like the color red though, I prefer green and I'm a Leo.
