    Ghee
    Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
    Turmeric powder - 0.5 Teaspoon
    For masala powder -
    Kalpasi (Stone flower) - few
    Cumin - 1 Teaspoon
    Fennel seed - 1 Teaspoon
    Coriander seeds - 1 Tablespoon
    Black pepper - 1 Teaspoon
    Cinnamon - 1 inch (4 pieces)
    Cashew - 6 Nos.
    Star Anise - 1 Nos.
    Cardamom - 5 Nos.
    For Paste mix -
    Onion shallots - 15 Nos.
    Green chilli - 3 Nos.
    Garlic - 15 petals
    Ginger - Medium piece
    Coriander leaves
    Mint leaves
    Lemon juice - 0.5 Teaspoon
    Veggies -
    Onion - 0.5 Cup
    Carrot - 1 Cup
    Cauliflower - 1 Cup
    Beans - 1 Cup
    Peas - 0.5 Cup
