Come on Si mate, buy a round 🤣💪👍
Beer and pizza is as close to heaven on earth as you can get!
Track is a great destination, spent a wonderful evening with a good friend drinking our way through the list, with a couple of pizzas, and comparing tap Vs cask was a brilliant excuse for just one more....
Their DIPA A Different Age is something really special. The BA Language Barrier is brilliant too.
Went to Track last year and had some great beers. I thought their tap room was fantastic. They had Sinoma on both tap and cask. We only had it from tap; with hindsight I wish I'd bought both to compare.
Cloudwater are based in the same estate (guessing you're going to be posting a video on them soon as well 😂 EDIT - should have watched the other video first 🙄), so it makes for a great afternoon out. They had loads of pastry sours on at the time, so lots of variety. Real up-and-coming part of manchester.
Safe to say, a gpod day was had!❤
Did I miss something? Which part of UK are you?
Did you go over to cloudwater? It's only across the road?
Video coming soon, or if you would rather watch my recent Manchester video I go to Cloudwater with Rob first.
Rob is Noel Gallagher's cousin, its clear
I'm getting something...yep...pissed
I don't think I've ever left Track sober
alcoholic orange/lemon juice. for pseudo-craftbeer-connoisseurs
give me a slightly cold/room temp real ale anyday! I've gone back to the love for malt.
also that indoor area looks like my school canteen. Call me old fashioned but I'd rather sit in a pub with wood on the walls and interesting historic things to look at.
saying that the beer garden there looked ok I guess..
Track have 3 lines of beautifully kept cask on too. A Taproom is a tag-on to an industrial location, so there are a lot of consideration regarding keeping the place clean and sanitary. As for Malt-forward beers, Track are know for brewing IPAs but they good a great range of lagers, stouts/porters, Golden ales and do an amazing brown all called Cowboy Town. In my opinion they are one of the best breweries in the world.
Yeah not every drinking establishment can look like an old pub.
Its like the Viz magazine come to life. Even the cheeky look at the barmaids &rse 😂
Nice move to avoid buying a round there mate.
Making a video avoided paying.
That old trick!
Everybody needs a friend like Simon
I need the toilet first whilst walking towards the Bar to buy your round......
Moin!👍
...beer in cans, horrible and then they look like sodas or energy drinks😄🙄. Inside it looks very modern , not traditionally rather old 😁. The only thing that looks a bit like beer culture are the typical German beer tent table sets ( bierzeltgarnituren). They are even original used ones from Germany👍. I still have a number of old ones here, who needs them in England??👍😁
allerbest ut noorddüütschland vun de waterkant👍😁
It is a brewery, so it need to be sterile. This type of thing is very much based on what they do in America. The kind of beer Track make is better in cans. Its all to be with dissolved levels of Oxygen. Sadly bottles just aren't up to the job.

..by sterile I mean that the inventory looks very sparse and not at all comfortable😁. It's not as cozy as the brewery restaurants in Germany or the old pubs in Great Britain.
allerbest ut noorddüütschland ( low saxony germany)
