The Hub and SpudsTCG definitely have a lot of vintage bulk but they are usually in binders. I have gone to the Hub before and they have vintage bulk in boxes but that’s just because they are in the process of organizing
Spuds in Pearland is my favorite. They are always so friendly, and it's fun to see their card collection.
