thanks really useful review!!!
To me that sleeve is meant to be put into another travel case/bag selected for conditions. I’d rather have that light compact sleeve from the factory than something bulkier that interferes with the rest of my packing.
Very good review. Thank you
Thanks very much @Renan Teixeria, if you are looking for a portable monitor do also look at getting a power bank for your laptop too as they do drain your laptop battery a bit.
Omg 😳 I just can’t get over that intro 😂
The greeting part? Too aussie lol?
Started using dual/triple screens for my job and cannot go back. This will be great when moving to a different room or when traveling. I agree with your thoughts on touch screen as all of my devices including my laptop have touchscreen (using a device without one becomes and issues of remembering...lol) Thanks for the upload!
Don't get the fever of continue adding more screens lol unless you need to monitor things. I'm up to the point of triple display and now trying to go back to single monitor to test this large monitor out but in all honestly dual display seems to be the better balance. Oh the portable monitor is absolutely fantastic for my lifestyle. I'm in the market to buy one now.
@@BsianTech I agree with dual displays, I use dual when at home. I was considering a large curved display but between gaming, video watching, overall space, and a wife who doesn't understand, I'm gonna stick with dual...
I have three screens with my main one being a 43". I do find this too much at times but after spending as much as I did there is no way I am going to go back to the two I had years ago which were mismatched in terms of screen format.
Thank you for your video, do you know if three or four of these in extension mode (not mirror, but extension) could be connected to your laptop, may be through a USB hub?
I bought one of these. I cannot say I use it a lot since I have. But I do carry it wherever I go and do not notice the slight increase in the weight of my backpack. I also spent some of my Dell rewards on the screen so got it cheaper than advertised. I agree there should be a harder case but I tend to put it in the same pocket of my backpack as the laptop. I would like a touch version if one came out. Having different sizes would also be good.
Thanks for this comment I was wondering how heavy it would make my back pack
Could it be used with an adapter for VGA port in the notebook?
Does it have VESA mounting points on the bottom like the Lenovo Thinkvisions do?
Unfortunately I didn't see any VESA mounting points for this portable monitor sorry @Jesse E
Can two of these be used with a single laptop to make a 3 screen setup?
That depends on your laptop, not the screen
does it come with a chaarger?
Thanks great to hear this review was useful to you. It doesn't get packaged with a charger @Toia Geddes.
I got this screen because I have a Dell account. I have a dell xps laptop that this works good with but thats it. Kinda sucks that I cant use this screen with a usb c to hdmi cable to hook up to my computer for a second monitor. So it sits in a drawer because I don't use that laptop like that.
Opps @Danny Corona that was something I didn't test out to have the USB-C convert to HDMI and see if it worked. Hopefully others will see your comment to know it doesn't work through an adapter.
Wanna sell it?! :-)
Can i connect it with pc
Yes you can if your usb-C from your desktop computer supports Displayport, need to check in the manual for that one as each computer is different.
If I have not Usb c displayer in my laptop what is the solution ?@@BsianTech
Wait until GEN 2.

Why would you want to see a 4K version of this screen? That makes absolutely zero sense. 1080 p on a 14 inch is very sharp. It all boils down to PPI (pixels per inch, most important factor in determining sharpness and picture quality. A 27 inch monitor at 4K has a pixel density of 167 pixels per inch. That is incredibly sharp and some people consider that overkill. This monitor is 14 inches with a 1080 p display, meaning that it’s PPI is 157. That is a very high ppi for this resolution, making it almost impossible to see individual pixels, which is why you get a higher resolution monitor in the first place. A 4K 14 inch monitor has a ppi of 314. That is absolutely overkill to the point where you can barely tell the difference and it would probably cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars more. Also native 4K on a 27 inch monitor makes text so small to the point that it’s completely unusable, I can only imagine what that would look like on a 14 inch display. You would have to use scaling to make the display usable and you would most likely default back to 1080 p, completely defeating the purpose of having 4K to begin with.
