Not sure if my phone is too old (LG X Power 2) or may be it starts @ certain level because when I click on any of the options on the list it says "Unlocks @ level 38 (I'm @ level 23).
You're the 2nd person to tell me this. I checked with Niantic and just got a cookie cuter response saying they are aware of the issue ... blah blah blah. Hopefully it gets patched in the next update.

Unfortunately, no, I've never used that feature. If I had to guess it would probably have to do with your phones storage space or your apps access to said storage. Otherwise I'd guess another Niantic glitch 😆

There was no scan pokestop option for me, but I noticed that you're level 40 at that moment and the stuff in the option menu require 38. I'm not at level 38 yet, so that might be why. But if there's another reason, could anyone let me know?

Can someone tell me , what this scaning mean? with scanned pokestop get proof that is there and no one can move him from game with fake invalid report or what happend when we scan stop what that means ?
The reason they are doing the ar scans is because they are going to come out with future updates that upgrade the ar systems. Specifically what the changes will be I don't remember but I know it's in one of their older patch notes.
Actually after I played pokemon go again after watching this video I came to realize there's no option to scan a pokestop/gym. I even tried doing 30 different stop's which took me around 2 hours last night.. I don't know if night or day matters or being level 37... I did stopped playing for around 3 month because game was buggy on top of trying to figure out how to scan pokestop months ago actually always crashed my phone along with my friends.... I wish I could upload a screenshot to CZcams...

I came to realize that any phone that can't download "Google Play services for AR" or already have it installed are not able to do pokestop scanning... You do know that you can spoof right.. there's a app you can download for it called pgsharp. You can either pay for a membership or use the free service.... Only phone android... Btw if you wanted to try it.. go to pgsharp.com

Yeah there is a little problem with this 360 method some PokeStop you physically can't scan them because they are either on private property or you simply can't walk around it how Niantic hasn't seen this problem is odd

I've done a couple of big things like baseballs diamonds and park jungle gyms, I just scan side to side slowly until the timer is done and its given me the reward

I serious problem with this is you have to be level 40 in order to even do it so it just takes up space in your quest slots

@@RichsLife hm. Maybe.. I read it was 20 to scan.. I don't even see a scan option not do I see Niantic at in my settings but I keep getting scan missions with good rewards
