Jimin have a hard time watching his old self. He said once that he was trying so hard to look like a strong man but now he doesn't have to pretend anymore, that now he can just be himself. I think that him just being his true self is him being strong. Trying to act cool and manly and "strong" and not show emotions is not to be strong or manly, being who you truely are and showing emotions, to open up and have the curage to be vulnerable, that is to be a strong person.
