I've never seen that technique before to lay down some cotton wool to give more body to hair spikes! That's so cool, I'll definitely keep that one in mind :D

Her hair is one of the hardest ones to make, this one if the best I've seen so far.
Love how ressourceful cosplayers are. They use a billion technique from so many disciplines like sewing, soldering, coding, crafting with tons of materials. You will at best only find people like her in Hollywood if you ever wanna hire these skills.
