I assume that all the nice Teams meetings features you present here will only work if all of the participants agree with auto transcription of the meeting, right? This may be a challenge for the discussion with data protection officers and workers councils. Would you agree?
It will depend on the settings of the person who wants to use the transcription feature. Policies at a user and organisation level will dictate whether the transcription feature is available to them or not. These settings are located within the Teams admin centre. A pop-up box appears in the meeting to let everyone know a transcription is taking place, so it's always a good idea to let meeting attendees know before they are surprised by it!
