Pro: I like my pair of PF.1L they are very comfy and the spikes are amazing for increasing ball spin and speed on my curve shots. Cons: I am not happy that the snug fit became lose very soon after around 10 games and at the same time the synthetic surface under the spike begins to crack on the big toe metatarsal area.

I live in Japan and play rugby but I have a 31cm US 13.5 foot size and I could only find a few brand options online that could I could get here in Japan, and these were of my options so I ordered them. I have a wide foot also and heel soreness/calcification in the back of of my heel near my Achilles so i hope these are comfortable! Cheers for the review

Just found your channel 👍 review of boots where made simple and informative. I have a pair as well in black white and bought a second pair ( different color) . After few days they feel fantastic. As a ex pro ( 90s ) I’ve had a few different kinds I really liked but man has technology moved forward.

What u prefer out of these and the speedflow? I’m in the market for a new pair of boots but like urself I have a wide foot. I recently tried on phantom GT elite but I felt the upper was quite stiff at the toe box and I also tried on the new vapors but they were extremely tight and didn’t fit my foot shape at all.
That's a great questions mate, I'd say you couldn't go wrong with either. If you want guaranteed width in your boot, go with the predator! If you're okay experimenting and want a lighter boot, I'd definitely try out the x speedflow!

I got these in the super stealth pack but I thought the middle was to narrow so I went a half size up and now after breaking them in theres to much space so I won’t make that mistake again
For me, there really isn't that much difference other than the feeling around the ankle and in the heel area. I prefer a low cut feeling over having unnecessary material around my ankle area! It's all a personal preference. Both the low and mid cut preds will perform the same (because of the laces), so it comes down to which you like better! They'll fit the same too, because it's the same material across all 3 top end versions.
It depends on the boot mate! Most of the time, yes. But because I'm in the US, I only shop at Unisport for boots that I KNOW I'll be keeping for the long run.
I have the predator mutator 20.1 right now in a mid cut and love them. I've been thinking about potentially getting these freak .1 low cut but I feel like they are a bit tight in the back like the heel. Do you think it's just because it's a first time and I should still take them because my feet will adjust? Thx
Hey mate! For me, these actually mold better than the mutator.1 because of the upper material. I'd say give the boots at least 4-6 hours of proper playing time before you make any decisions about them! 🤙🏼

Hey mate! Yeah... these have a REALLY thin midfoot for me - worse than a vapor oddly enough! I'd say it depends on how much tightness/pain you're experiencing with these. For me, there were times during the break in period where it hurt to walk. That's definitely not good😅. If your feet are really hurting, I'd go for the speedflow - that will stretch more and have more give to the upper! The other option is going for something like a Tiempo which is even lighter and will stretch/mold right to your feet.

Just been wearing them in the house on the carpet for now. The speedflows in the black colorway are $5 cheaper and $95 CAD cheaper than tiempos as they are on sale as well. I ordered the speedflows to compare and will see the fit. How long did the preds take to fully break in? The toebox and heel area feel amazing its just that midfoot area. Appreciate the reply!

@@NoahCavanaugh to give an update the speedflows felt amazing minus one issue for me - top eyelets dug into my foot on both feet. Felt like it would be blisters just waiting to happen. I put shoe trees in the preds for 2 nights and wore them while i worked (work from home) and it was night and day difference after that. Had them untied for first session and my feet felt great afterwards, no issues at all. Appreciate your reviews and feedback!

Wanted to love them but they just hated me too much. Thr forefoot was really nice and wide, but the midfoot was crazy tight and choking me out. On a side note too while the predator freaks are heavier, I believe most of that are from the tooling and not the upper, which is pretty thin minus the grips which doesn't make it as protective as say... the rebula cup

The GTs fit about 1/4 size long, so it depends mate! I'd say the only two boots right now in my experience that fit that way are the GT and the Future Z... the Pred tends to fit true to size!
Midfoot is really tight for me. After a few sessions it begins to get better. The demon spikes make my touch so much better though.

Definitely mate! The slimness in the midfoot is pretty deceiving at first! Going true to size is the best for these!
Would you do please explain the difference between the low cut and mid cut laced preds in terms of fit because you seem to like the lows the best

Great question mate - here's a few good options: Tiempo Legend 9 Elite, Phantom GT 1 or 2 Elite, Mizuno Rebula Cup MIJ!
