Remove skin from salmon and cut into 2in cubes 2. Place on a wire rack and season w/ a low sodium BBQ seasoning 3. Smoke at 300F until an internal temp of 130-135F about 40min 4. While thats smoking melt your butter in a small bowl then add in all your seasonings and mix 5. When slamon is done remove and baste with the Cajun butter mixture then drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey
