Königsberger Klopse...ich liebe sie. Danke für das teilen. Ein wirklich leckeres altes Rezept.
Schönes und Gutes Rezept für die Leute, die Königsberger Klopse nicht kennen.
Im Original gehören entweder 1 bis 2 Sardellen oder ein halber feingehackter Salzhering in den Fleischteig.
Und die Klopse müssen dann nochmal in der Soße ziehen.

Impresionante la receta, dan ganas de hacerla. Por un momento cuando se preparaba la carne pensé que se trataba de un pan de carne alemán cuya receta yo comía de pequeño y que aun sigo preparando cuando tengo ganas de comerla. A diferencia de esta receta, el pan de carne alemán llevaba panceta y queso semi duro y se cocinaba al horno armada como una salchicha gigante espolvoreada con pan rallado. Otra diferencia es que el pan se hidrataba en leche. La salsa de la receta es buenísima, la voy a hacer, es caldo vertido en una especie de roux.
Es agradable escuchar eso. Estoy seguro de que su versión de la receta seguramente también será deliciosa. ¡Me gustaría probarlo! Saludos desde Alemania 🥰

Das sind für mich Königsberger Klopse. Ich mache die von den Gewürzen her etwas anders. Aber dieses Rezept teste ich noch diese Woche, weil ich noch keinen Plan hatte, was ich koche. 😋
