I think police chief Garcia is one of the best chiefs Dallas has ever had. He should be given a fifth star ✨.

Dallas would be smart to keep Garcia. The best chief since Chief Brown was forced out. Wait. Since when has Dallas been smart?😂

Simple question. Does a city allow Chief Garcia to manage his own department or will the city council and mayor's office micromanage the police department? We all know the answer to this question which is why Chief Garcia will remain in Dallas. Dallas politicians should quietly award a bonus or pay increase to Chief Garcia's salary to retain him.
