One thing I can say about you Ron you are definitely a professional and a great teacher You would definitely make a great shop teacher
All the kids would be missing fingers lol. Ron should be using a push block with that table saw
@@hbrush81Push blocks good when you're cutting small pieces or narrow pieces
Between you and Sharon….I’m over here thinking I’m a contractor. 😏. Let me just watch and stay in my lane. Very informative.
Lmaoooooo 😂😂😂😂
Ron, a knowledgeable teacher whose highly skilled and knows how to improvise. Thank you for sharing your gift in this very helpful video.
Ron's the Best building contractor... without a doubt 💯.
My dad would have been cursing through this entire project, yelling at tools, screaming at items that wouldn’t fit, and fussing at me to hurry up and hand him something from the toolbox!…I know because I was that kid that had to sit through all that as his helper & supposed trainee!!!!!🙄🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😆😆😆😆
🤣🤣🤣 I remember those days!
Ron two videos?!? You are on a roll buddy!! Keep up the great and informative work.
Aaaayyyyeeee that measuring tape really came in handy dandy for this project. You the man Ron. The man with a plan and follows it through perfectly. Take care. 😂👍🎃
Ron, you are the most detailed DIY guy I've seen in a long time, keep up the good work brother I'm here for the next project you have in store and What sista, Sharon has planned for you.😆 ❤
Ron, you are the only person I know, who can do IT ALL, and don't MIND DOING IT. I mean you see it needs to be done and you do it, not later or tomorrow but it's done. YOU ARE ONE IN A MILLION GUY. 👍👍❤
Thanks!!
Thank you Ron! My dad used to do all of this for me but he passed away in August-this was a huge help! Thank you for teaching me!
Sorry for your loss. You got this! 🙏🏾💪🏾
Just replaced mine after watching this one. Thank you so much!
Great Tutorial Ron you are precise and on the money. You and Sharon are a double dual couple. Who would think to do it this way, not me.
Keep the video's coming, we're loving it!
Great video and nice job, I usually place 2x4's beneath the base floor first, then take a piece of cardboard and cut a template forming around each pipe then transferring results onto the base floor (plywood) for a quick and cleaner cut. Takes about 20mins. done!!
This was a great video and I learned a lot. Thanks for taking time to make it, Ron. You did an excellent job.
"Always be ready to improvise." Haha more true words have never been spoken.
Thanks for the guide, this helped me figure out my own project. (My drain pipe situation was thankfully less complicated)
Hey Ron, I enjoy watching your DIYs! Suggestion, you should put a big piece of vinyl tile over the wood floor kitchen sink that you recently replaced which would help if there is ever a water leak. Wishing you and Auntie Sharon all the best 😊
Good idea. However, that was done for another home owner.
good idea, or buy the sink mats that are like a big mat basket to lay over the base
This is very informational. Thanks for sharing Ron.
Ron the perfectionist and it shows in all the work that you do! I know we ALL wish we had a "RON"..... We appreciate you.. Peace & Love‼️😎
Thanks Ron. This was very helpful and you did a great job.
It's a delight seeing that last piece go in and fit around the pipes perfectly.
Sharon sent me here. Greetings from South Africa. Very informative video and I am loving this channel.
One of the best DIY videos I’ve seen so far that even mentions wearing ppe. You’re instructions are easy to follow too
Hi Ron, So Glad you're Rollin out your Videos....❤
I'm really impressed. You did that to perfection!!!
Great job Ron. You are truly a craftsman.
Hey Ron. You're a man of talents. You did a great job.
Ron you’re such a perfectionist, and you explain the process so well. 😊
Thank you Professor Ron the man that wears many hats. So professional and precise.
I like how detailed you are. You make it look easy.
Love the details. When you two are done with me not only am I a Registered Nurse but I am a interior decorator and now upcoming contractor. I love it.
... that's a fantastic solution & thanks for the inspiration!!!
Very calming and relaxing to watch. luv the final result, great video...👍🏽
Thanks Ron for the new content I will watch often. Sending blessings
Love how you're so detailed in you procedures!!! Thanks for sharing 💚.
That was amazing! Those cuts were perfect. Very skillfully done!!
Ron you a great teacher!! 👍🏽 😊💪🏽💪🏽❤
Really appreciated your detailed skill on this. The maintenance at my apartment complex needs to watch this video. They did a half ass job replacing my vanity floor! Did not put the 2x4 pieces around frame and used the thinnest plywood ever. I'm going to follow your directions and hope I can do this my self. Wish me luck! I'm 73 y.o. women.! THank you!
Uncle Ron done it yet again 👍🏾👍🏾✨ very informative without too much talking love it ❣️✨
Thank you! I purchased my grandparents' 100+ year old house and have begun the remodeling process. I had no idea how I was going to get around the pipes coming out of the floor and didn't want to tear up the new vanity with a bunch of open holes. This is so much nicer!
Glad I could help! Thanks for watching!
@rontalley are you in Atlanta??
This is very impressive to see all the projects you improve.
This is an awesome video! Thank you for all the details you provided. 🙏🏽
Great video precise and informative.. Sharon and you make a great team. Keep the videos coming.
Interesting solution. As a hobby carpenter or homeowner I would do the sides like you did but would use some sort of joists to cross over or under the 2 boards. Great video.
Your sink looks so much better than the one in our apartment. I'm replacing a lot of stuff right now but I like how everything in yours is towards the back cleanly.
This was a clients sink. My sink install is here:

Very helpful I needed this video my Exact problem underneath the cabinet needs replaced thanks Sharon and Ron this was an amazing video 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Great work. I’m literally in the middle of doing the same project. I’ve pulled out all the old wood and taken my measurements. I had a feeling this would be my only way of tackling this without cutting pipes. I had apprehensions about how it would look, but thank you for showing me before do mine. Thanks again!
Nice job Ron perfection and outstanding way to go stay blessed!
This is very helpful! I agree! You are a great teacher!
Best video on this I've seen! Great job.
the fact that those holes line up so perfectly and it's that tight.... wow. nice 😮
Thanks Ron,I really appreciate this video now I can go ahead and fix my own,God bless you stay safe,Sharon you have a all around handyman.
Hey Ron, Great Video! TFS. Take care, God Bless!💜
Hi Ron. Your skills are awesome. 🛠 Thanks for the video.
Ron my man you are good. So professional.
Thank you for this video. You got a new subscriber. Explained everything clearly and professionally.
Great teacher Ron. Project well completed. Thanks
Ron, you are the master that work looks so wonderful thank you for sharing your experience👍🏽💕😍
Very cool video. You are an excellent teacher. I may not be able to do this myself, but I am learning what to look for in quality work. Thanks, for sharing.
Outstanding video Ron! I watched several vids on replacing under sink floor. This was by far the best and how I will do mine tomorrow. Thank you and I subscribed 😊
Wow, this was so informative and relaxing to watch, I usually watch Sharon, but now I’m going to start watching your DIY‘s……loved it, thanks for the tutorial🤗🕺🏽🤗
Great job Ron. I had that same problem under my sink. The man that repaired it didn't do half of what you did. He left the holes around the pipes open and he use plain white caulk to seal around the edges. Tfs on how it was supposed to be done. Back then I didn't know any better.
It’s all in the details. Thanks!!
I watched 5 videos before this one… 5… most watched/recommended whatever
Yours… yours is the only quality job I have seen. I would hire you in an instant. You didn’t “cover it up” you didn’t add a floor to it that raises it up past the original height.. you did a quality replacement. Even caulked it. Nice job
Your skill saw looks just like mine. It’s heavy but does the trick!
I would just like to say great job and enjoyed watching
Thanks for watching!
Ron you are truly a professional.I enjoyed this video 😍Thanks brother Ron😍
Thank you. Great class. Just in time for my project.
Hey Ron ...very detailed video ...easy to understand..great job..,
Very satisfying video to watch!!! Keep them coming!!!!!!
Great job Ron! Thank you!
Great tutorial. You are a great teacher.🙂
I have to make this same repair and was looking for the best way to do it. I think I just found it. I like the way you cut through the pipe holes from side to side where others just notch them out from the back. The way you do it looks so much cleaner. Thanks for sharing your experience and knowledge!
Thanks for watching!
Excellent job Ron!
Wow God blessed the two of you to come together as a couple. You're both very talented at what you do best. Very professional too. Looking for more videos.😃🤗😉💜
Great job Ron. Looks great. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💯
Brother Ron thank you for this video! I needed this!
Wow, what an incredibly well done job
This is amazing. I know that this is a DIY video but I wish I could just hire you. I know that I couldn't do this job with the same precision. I'll just keep my cabinet closed until I find a carpenter with your skills.
Wow! I learned a better way to cut around a pipe. I've done it before when building a deck. It came out good, but I didn't cut a hole for the pipe to come thru. Thanks Professor Ron!
Fantastic job on the cabinet and the video👏🏾
Fantastic video … well explained and very nice looking finished project. Thank you 👍
Excellent job Ron. Neat and precise, Thanks for sharing your skills.

Thank you, this video was extremely useful. My cabinet repair looks great.
Thanks for watching! Glad I could help. 💪🏾
Outstanding job!! I have to do mine.
Wow!,,, You are goooood!!! Like how that piece fell right in around the pipes on this side!!! I like that circle tool that you used to mark the hole, and cutting that board in half around the pipes was brilliant. Helps me rethink my project like this!!!! I will use a floating frame and L brackets to secure my beams.
Thanks! Hope to gain you as a subscriber!
Thanks for provided this video. Very helpful.
I really appreciate that he works in the real world, where ppl cant afford to have the cabinet face damaged but do want the bottom repaired. Btw whats up with ppl letting cupboards wind up like that on the 1st place? My kitchen cupboard had very si.ilsr damage when i movedinto my current home.
I'm surprised at how close you cut the holes for the pipes. Nice work!!
💪🏾
Thanks Ron for the content i will be sending my boys your way
Nice work, thanks for sharing Ron
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing!
Great video. You did an awesome job 👏
Awesome video, man!! Helped me big time.
