The GT Neo 3 will cost you £599 in the UK, while the 3T model comes in at £369.
Forget small changes in specs, these phones don't seem to be related at all. They use completely different camera sensors for one, hence the wild gap in photo quality, day or night. Gamers will prefer the Realme GT Neo 3 with the Mediatek Dimensity 8100 smarts, which can blaze through Genshin Impact and other heavy Android titles. In comparison, the Realme GT Neo 3T is smooth for everyday shenanigans, but not built for gaming.
Battery life is a little better on the 3T courtesy of the bigger cell, although there's not as much of a gap as you may expect. The 3 can recharge faster too, with 150W Ultra Dart Charge support.

You can buy Realme Gt Neo 3 with 80W charger, but battery is 5000mAh instead 4500mAh, which in my opinion better. And price is lower.
For my preference for gaming, I'll have a go for neo gt 3 because the Dimensity 8100 is just a monster in gaming mode
I like the Dimensity chipset in GT Neo 3, but display looks better to me on GT Neo 3T! Insane charger with Neo 3 though!
Just got my gt neo 3 today, a freaking underrated beast phone it is. I was surprise how controlled the thermals are and there is nothing like it. Having 5000mAh battery and only weights 188g which is very light adding the 80watt charging on top is just mind blowing. This phone is actually a snatch, a worthy flagship killer as a mid-range phone. Having high performance stable fps while maintaining cool thermals is just the efficiency I've been longing for, this phone literally achieved what apple's efficiency chip cannot, not even the bulky lava hot sdgen1 ROG 6 comes near to this monster

I say Neo 3 is better, but I am biased since I fell in love with it at first sight. The Neo 3t is great too. The Snapdragon 870 is a tried and tested SoC and is stable for all its power. I say Neo 3t is good if one is looking for a Good Midranger phone. However those who are looking for a slightly more premium experience or is upgrading from a Neo 2 should go Neo 3. Still wish I can afford either but alas, le poor old me has no mullah to spare.

Basically the price is what you get for the perfomance, the gt neo 3 is £599 and the gt neo 3T is £369 so there is of course some difference expected, it really just depends what you want to go for, like cheaper price with neo 3T or premium price with neo 3
Simply based on price I'd have to go for the 3T. I don't think you'll be losing much in terms of performance apart from OIS, but most people don't need that!
the 3t is simply a rebrand of the gt neo 2 for the money the best is the gt neo 2

I bought the Realme GT Neo 3 to use as a daily driver but my main reason was to use it for gaming. I thought with the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 and the 120 Hz refresh rate I would get one of the best gaming experiences on mobile. Sadly it is not well optimized for high fps gaming.
I mainly play Call of Duty Mobile and although the game doesn't lag, gameplay still caps off at 60 fps. Also, despite the 'Ultra' graphics option being available in multiplayer mode (which plays at 90 fps on other phones), it still caps off at 60 fps on the GT Neo 3.
I hope Realme fixes this as soon as possible as it is a shame to not utilize the full extent of the capabilities of the phone, and I'm also a bit salty it isn't performing as well as I expected it to...

Dimensity 8100 is certainly great but it lacks optimization in some apps like Call of Duty: Mobile. Although the SD 870 is not that much but when it comes to optimization its a different kind of beast.
The Dimensity 8100 is a 5nm chip compared to the 7nm chip of the Snapdragon 870, so the 8100 most definitely has better optimization. The 3T has a bigger battery, though, so it does drain slower, as Chris said.

Probably cuz he put the neo 3t closer to the camera. Also some parts of the neo 3 gets blurred because of the focus if you noticed.

Latest late 2022 Realme software update announcements should give these phones 3 Android updates and 4 years of security. This makes the 3T a perhaps more appealing option over the Poco F4/X4 GT with just 3 years of security

Personally I think if you can afford to spend that extra £100 I'd go for the GT 2 pro.... Wish the GT 2 pro launched the same time as pixel 6,... Otherwise I would've went for that phone over this anyday

Should look at the Realme GT 2 mate. That sells for £500 of their website ... And if you know someone you can even get 5% student discount from student beans which brings it to £475

You can't software update Realme Global versions unless you're living in the UK or use a VPN which is annoying. I learnt my lesson this week with the Realme 9 pro plus.

I have a negative experience with Realme.. Realme refused warranty repairs justifying this by the military situation in Ukraine. That is, Realme refused to fulfill their duties. And this is despite the fact that other companies have not stopped the service. My phone hung up after an automatic update, and before 4 times updated without problems. It turns out that hanging up after an upgrade is quite a common problem with phones of this brand. I advise you not to buy any Realme products.

Dear friends after a long experience
I advice you to never any Budget phone from realme that runs "Realme r edition" UI or has Unisoc processor inside
I'm not a fan of a particular brand, i sell mobile phones and tried most of them
You can get a good Realme phones but only in midrange and flagship segments
But
Beware of those budget ones that comes with uniscoc processor and realme r edition ui:
Weak cameraa, bad performance, overheating issues, stuttering internet connection (data/wifi)
So don't be fooled by the numbers they may get over 200k on AnTuTu benhcbmark or 40 frames in pubg but the real experience will be super terrible
Above all you only get security updates nothing else, no major system update unlike budget phones from other companies : samsung, Xiaomi, Nokia..etc
R edition ui is so much different from normal good Realme ui and it is also different from stock android (it's bad simply)
You have no extra features whatsoever to make this bad experience be more enjoyable, you won't find some usual apps like : themes store, slide bar, game center, double tap to wake the screen, screenshot by swiping 3 fingers.. Etc
Nothing of those exist, you only have few apps like google dialer and messages .. that's it , nothing can make you enjoy using it not even the ui colors
Above all that you won't be able to install any third party apps like gcam or calls recorders..etc
You won't even find a rom to download from their official website if you needed it someday
So for example don't be fooled by by the cool design of c35 cause it has unisoc processor and r edition ui
Finally, i suggest you to buy a midranger to a flagship from realme if you love this brand and they offer some good options
But AVOID thier budget phones with r edition ui and unisoc processor cause you will regret it later. And if you don't have money get yourself and budget phone from a different brand..
*Note: cheapest android Nokia phone would offer you a great stock android experience with 2 major system updates and 3 years of security udpates
