- The next adventure in my journey is centered around me getting my recumbent trike. I decided on the Catrike Pocket for a few reasons: 1. It is made for short people. I am short. 2. It is lightweight. 3. The recumbent seat leans quite a bit. 4. I like the idea of the mesh seating since I can feel like passing out if I get too hot. 5. Less strain on the back. Many reasons good for someone who has POTS and chronic low back pain.
