For those with low hemoglobin levels BEETS are the best. I have uterine fibroid which causes me to bleed alot along with being anemic. I juice my beets with blackberries and Manuka honey and I don't eat dairy anymore to reduce inflammation in my body. I hope this helps

@@tka5030 I know them. dried Apricot is the best, then the date, and black raisns. I use just the Apricot but cannot take more than one and the same for date. But I do not take date and dried Apricot at the same time. I take beef liver once a week and fish twice a week. If you have no high sugar, try them along with the liver (beef or chicken get 4 OZ a day and chicken liver is the best). My blood will be checked next week and will tell the outcome. But I am sure if you can consume more of the liver (say 5 times a week) you be cured from Anemia. Best wishes for speeedy recovery and with excellent health.
