It is amazing how some muslim children at the age of two or three have memorized and passionately share the surrahs with others while the typical American family who professes Christ never bother to teach their children to recite scripture, but instead they watch American Idol and have sing alongs to secular music and are overjoyed.

Here is a question I struggle with finding an answer to. Am I sinning against God if I decide that 7 children is all the pregnancy my body can handle and have a surgery to stop getting pregnant? When I say I, meaning my husband and I? I don't see any place in scripture where God allows this. So then is it a sin? Does Gods grace apply to this area? My hearts desire is this, "Lord, not I but Your will." I wantto be pleasing to Him in my choices. I always struggle with sickness and heart and thyroid issues when I am pregnant. I wantto produce good lasting fruit for the Kingdom through my children. I don't feel like I am able todo my job well when I am always feeling sick and so fatigued due to pregnancy that I can't even get off sofa.
@themalina92 It's even more amazing that some people think that Islamic indoctrination of children is somehow "amazing" and that Christian parent's failure to do the same is disturbing.

What if husband only cares about soccer, money goes to soccer expenses. All he does is eat, sleep, work, soccer a cycle that continues for many years. Im tired of this

PW: I'd rather my children's lives revolve around hobbies than the fraud and delusion you teach them.
When I played this PW video and asked my daughter what she thought--she replied "creepy". She is already an atheist and I for one could not be more proud.
