Gerudo Valley, Pop Punk Version (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time)

This was possibly my favorite piece of video game music when I was a child, so it's about time I recorded a pop punk inspired version. I think I heard those Gerudo Gals get out their guitars...
I've actually been experimenting with this Zelda cover for months but it always sounded awful and messy. Which is to say, this is as good as it's gonna get. ;)

I was just searching for hardcore covers (ended up with hardhouse, hardstyle , hardcore techno and metalcore...) and didn't get anything, so I'm like there must be a bunch of punk covers right??? Not really.
Then I get this. Great job! Reminds me more of some old visual kei I used to listen to more than punk, but still cool.

Whoa, I didn't even know about Visual Kei until just now, I love it!

@@Campusanis It depends on the band. It used to be a kind of goth thing, but now... Eh. The old bands were better than the ones around now and had a more distinct sound (the bands sounded different from each other).
The specific song this reminds me of is Cage by Dir en grey. Still remember when I burned that album.

I loved this song as a child too! Song of storms was my other favorite. Absolute legend for doing this, I would love to see more!
Edit: I think in the beginning when the core melody kicks in the percussion is a bit too much and could be quieted down a bit. Other than that I am not sure what else there might be. Still a good cover!
