I agree, not to mention that Aaliyah’s plane was dangerously overloaded. The only difference is that there were some people that survived the plane crash on November 24,2001 was another member from Passion Fruit was Debby St. Marteen who had burns but recovered, she tried to make a comeback in 2006 but for personal reasons she decided she wasn’t ready. Debby fully recovered in 2007 and decided to move back to the Netherlands and work as a social worker.
This is very very hard for me. When I saw this video I went numb. I took Melanie’s place in Germany on some of her live shows because she had signed her contract with Sony with the group LaBouche. One day, I got the nerve up to make an appointment with her sister, her manager, to see if they needed any singers and just to introduce myself. Melanie was there. I enjoyed our visit, especially considering we were from the same state. A couple of months laters, they called me to see if I could sing back up, or at least audition for “ that” tour”. As fate would have it, I had a contract back in S. C with my former dance company. I was so upset that I had missed my chance to sing with her. Lord have mercy. Not long after, they perished. I could have been on that plane. My heart is still broken…and I just don’t know how to feel about this whole thing. RIP Melanie and all involved 💔💔🌹
Thank you so much for this!!! Not enough people in America pay her story any mind, except her sister who published a book about her. Melanie was another incarnation of Donna Summer because she caught fire overseas first. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for doing this video, the sad part about Melanie Thorton’s death was that she was planning to spend time with her family shortly after she was done doing the promotional tour. I honestly wish Passion Fruit would have became big in the USA as they were in Germany, RIP to Melanine Thorton, Nathaly Van Het Ende and Maria Serrano Serrano.
Another eerie simularity between Aaliyah and Melanie is both airplane crashes in which they died were the result of incompetent pilots that had no business in the cockpit in the first place.

Excellent documentary as usual. Also, excellent observation of the commonalities between Melanie and Aaliyah. None of these similarities are coincidences the way that the industry operates with energy swapping, numbers and ritual sacrifices, as you know. As for looks though, I kinda think Mary J Blige looks more like Melanie. I think she may have even copied her swag regarding her blonde hair and that hat that Melanie and Mary wear to kind of bridge that gap between sophistication and "urban street" style. Just my 2 cents! Keep em coming and hopefully the "copyright lord" will ease up off of you and allow you to be great! I would have loved to hear some samples of Melanie and her group's work here.
She wanted to change her style and image completely after she left La Bouche, so she did a big chop in 1999 as u can see from her wedding picture at 15:57, then she got the blonde hair, she looked amazing! Idk if she was emulating Mary J. tho lol, a lot of ppl pointed out how much she looked like Donna Summer in that last interview.

Another great one where you paid respects to all those departed souls. I remember the duo Le Bouche from the 1990s but was not into their music. I believe they were heavily plaid on VH-1. That Melanie was 1 beautiful woman & God really blessed her with several gifts...vocal ability being just 2 it seems. I wonder knowing how evil the music industry is IF it' s possible that somehow ' ole C.Devil Davis has his hand in on the demise of Melanie. Since she was enjoying a successful career IF she was somehow a threat (overseas in Europe at least) to the success of his cash cow Whitney Houston. Nothing against Whitney. I am talking about her slick & sheisty manager C.Davis. With his type it's ALWAYS the $ 1st via manipulation of points, owed royalities, controlling the radio & media so it's HIS. artist who gets heard in airtime plays THE MOST! The connection to Aaliyah is erie. Good catch. That plane's # got me wondering just what words (in gematria) those #s are connected to. Her last interview was indeed prophetic. Were any of the victims families able to (successfully) sue that airlines? Also, the year 2001 MUST have been associated (PREPLANNED) to be a year of SEVERAL airline crashes as ALL THOSE seem NOT to be a coincidence. Wow! Speaking of Aaliyah, are you STILL thinking.of starting a Paetron channel so we can see pt2 of "Aaliyah's 8 passengers"?
Thanks so much for this video brother, I was intrigued by these beautiful ladies, but like you said the documentary is in German, and I don't understand it, I didn't know much about the beautiful Melanie Thornton, but you broke her tragic story down, R.I.P to all who died on that crash!😰🙏🏽🙏🏽
WOW! just WOW! this is some news to me. The Band Danger Zone I've heard them in concert so many times BUT had no idea Ms.Thornton was at one time a member of the band. Harold Thomas is the leader of the band in Macon Ga and they are still active on the music scene today..continue to rest in peace Melanie Thornton.👍🏼💯😎
Great video...they always are. Two things: Love the line: "The Copyright Lord won't let me be great". So classic. Secondly, your assessment of the 27 Club is correct. If people find that interesting, try looking up the 25 Club. It's a little more eerie in the sense of how many celebrities died on the 25th. There are hundreds, like Aaliyah, Left Eye, Roger Troutman (Zapp), Michael Jackson, George Michael...and the list goes on.
To add insult to injury, both Aaliyah and Melanie had pilots who shouldn’t have been flying those aircrafts 🤦🏾♀️

I learned so much! Great video ❤
Been watching your videos for days now, I’m so glad i came across your channel!! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for this love. ☮️🩵🖤🩷🕯
Thank you for this and can you also do one about Michelle Thomas who played as Steve Urkel girlfriend
She's buried right down the street from my house in Montclair New Jersey
Yes, that would be awesome ❤
Thank you for this!!
Can you do Sam Cooke and Lala Brown? Love, love your channel. You are definitely one of the best out.
WOW! just WOW! this is some news to me. The Band Danger Zone I've heard them in concert so many times BUT had no idea Ms.Thornton was at one time a member of the band. Harold Thomas is the leader of the band in Macon Ga and they are still active on the music scene today..continue to rest in peace
Melanie Thornton.👍🏼💯😎
Great video...they always are. Two things:
Love the line: "The Copyright Lord won't let me be great".
Another amazing video as always! Can you please do a video on Tony Thompson and Randall "Pooh" Clark from the R&B group Hi-Five?
