This dealer needs some more training in active listening…he only has one client and doesn’t even hear NG ask for the card face up. He’s lucky NG is a generous tipper no matter the level of service
For real? That place was loud as hell, and He asks for them face down the whole time , and then one time he says face up , the dealer probably didn’t hear him loudly enough, or had someone else talking in their ear and was just watching for the signals and all of a sudden they have to go back to training?? Grow up!
@@MegaHolstar if you had the listening skills required to do a good job you would know that he asked multiple times for the cards face up on separate occasions and was ignored every time
@@imopen2 oh yes, I see it blackjack games all the time where the dealer goes back and forth between any of the hands on the table at their whim. The dealer moves in one direction only. Regardless of how many times someone asks them make a change, if they have moved on they can not go back with out the approval of the floor manager, who may declare the hand void. If a signal has been shown at the second hand , the play stands. It helps if you know how the rules of the game work at the property.

On the last hand NG double down but NG didn't put the double down $25 for the dealer and the dealer dealt the card without the $25 double down chip. Wasn't that a mistake on that hand? Isn't it a requirement that all the money amount on the table for that particular hand must have the correct double down amount of money once a players chooses to double down?
