In this episode, Saurabh Dwivedi talks about the nomination of Muammar Gaddafi’s son Seif Al-Islam in the upcoming presidential election. He was captured after Gaddafi was killed. A Libyan court sentenced him to death but later pardoned him.
Gaddafi’s father, a notorious dictator who ruled Libya with an iron fist, was captured and killed in October 2011 eight months into an Arab Spring uprising against his decades-long regime. The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the younger Gaddafi that year on two counts of crimes against humanity for alleged murder and persecution.
The younger Gaddafi was never extradited to face the charges. He was held by rebel forces for several years after his father died and since his release has remained largely out of the public eye, even as Libya fell into chaos.

Actually was a great leader of his country but bit arrogant. He tried to devolp his country and was successful in doing so. He take colonial powers head on and faced them bravely but at last propaganda machinery of western colonial powers, their air superiority, some religious fanatics elements and Libiyan people's interest for change of leadership dislodged Gaddafi from power chair. Later on Libiyan people realised their mistake but tab tak "chirrian chug gyee khet".
