Important information to pursue and make public. We can’t solve homelessness without addressing the way that corporate buyers have been inflating the value of real estate for several decades. Young adults are struggling to afford housing. We need to foster peoples’ ability to build wealth through home ownership. Thank you!

so only millionaires will own property. "you will own nothing and be happy...or else" there's more vacant homes than homeless in this city. probably nation wide i guess.🍻

This is no surprise, in 2021 private equity firms owned about 600 million home from coast to coast. And I am sure this number has increased a lot by the year 2024

"You will own nothing, and Be happy" that is where this stems from. Their goal is by 2030, America, No more!

Families need to get those ones that are in arrears on tax. They are so big they probably won't even miss one house.

This is not the real problem in around Democratic run cities it is the mil rate of property tax due to PSEA hammering property owners in these areas with outlandish taxes. The hedge fund gives tax breaks so this is why you are losing your private homeowners. You taxed the working class out of the market. Pensions need to go away and then with lowered property taxes the working class will move back in and take care of the neighborhoods.

I like how you'll start with the conclusion and twist the facts to get there. Well done. Supply and demand, and those with the gold make the rules. You wanted capitalism, enjoy.

Simple rule. If you don't live in the State, you can't buy a home.
