Though the DB5 is more famous for its Bond connection, the DB6 is actually a substantially improved car and, in my opinion, significantly more attractive lookswise!!
60s era Aston Martins were truly a class of their own. They were the true gentleman's GT. Well done for getting this beauty.

My Dumb-Ass older brother owned a DB5 when he worked for Shell Oil in the North sea as a P.E. back in 79-81 ......driving back from Scotland to Manchester he crashed it drunk into a brick wall and lost his license in 1981.....and yes he is 70 now and still is a dumb drunk with a shot liver now.....he could retired of what the car is worth...now he is a PT security guard with a 11 year old Toyota living on S.S. begging me for money.
I love the 1960’s European cars. This one is one of my favorites.

The DB6 and the DB9 (+ 2006-present Vantage) are two of the best Astons for one reason: The best engineering the company was able to provide… and they are Aston Martins in their own right. No strings attached to 007 whatsoever. Much better additions to the garage than even the DB5 or DBS.
