Ostomy hints and tips for Hot Weather!

This short video is about how I cope with hot weather in regards to my stoma. In hot weather our stoma/ostomy area can become hot and sweaty which leads to skin irritation and bag peeling off. With these simple steps I have managed to reduce irritation and improved comfort during the hot weather.
