- Hi all! This weeks Nail 101 look is a Japanese/Korean Nail Art inspired look building on the techniques from the last 3D wire loop look.
For this look you'll need:
+ Liner Brush and Regular Wide Oval or Square Brush
+ Your choice of base colour
+ A malleable workable gel.
+ Base and Non Wipe Top Coat
+ Chrome Powder

Is it safe to use with bare fingers? I have bad gel allergy :( I just got it recently and been dying to try this style of 3D nails, but it keeps getting stuck to my gloves.
Please use gloves especially if you have a gel allergy! You can spray your fingertips with some alcohol or water to help it not stick.
(I know I'm not using gloves 🥲 I've been trying to break this bad habit! )
How do you make that tied knots on the last nail? I tried to make it but it gets very think on top where it crosses over! And doesn’t even look like yours. Love your work!
Here I just rolled two strips and intertwined them and cured! Depending on the product, you can also roll it out, flash cure for about 15-30 sec and it will semi cure into a slightly malleable rope, making it easier to intertwine and it wont stick together as much. Then attach it to the nail. You can try it out ! 😘

I think polygel may not be as easy to mold/shape, but you can give it a try!
