As much as I love Metallica, long live the kings, I didn't know they only wrote 3 songs lol. I would've loved to have seen somebody do Disposable Heroes or maybe something from Load or Reload not just the same 3 songs from the Black album.
I have a sneaking suspicion they're probably told what songs they can perform by any given band. I like the fact that the judges were 'shook.' C'mon these are songs we've (the general public) have been hearing for the last 30+ years.😆

Hit the Lights. As someone who was a big fan during the first four albums, it really opens my eyes when someone says Load or Reload. I would have picked much earlier songs.
After AJFA, my tastes stayed more thrash and I started liking Slayer more.

I love that Kira did something so different but yet so iconically her style she was great that season andon is a vibe I would love to grab a drink with him for sure Yahych is a bad bitch with more depth to her voice then most of the men in this video yet still somehow has clarity oleksandr looks nothing like his voice sounds which is the point of the show overall great video

I respect the first guy for getting up there and trying because I don't have any vocal talent whatsoever but he just doesn't sound very good, almost like he's trying too hard to sound rough and tough. Second guy just doesn't have the metal voice to do the song he did justice. Trying to rework Nothing Else Matters into a piano ballad just didn't work. Third guy doing Enter Sandman sounds like the drunks at karaoke night. The woman doing Nothing Else Matters sounds great but trying to sound like Christina Aguilera while singing it isn't the best idea.

Can anyone explain to me why when somebody covers Metallica. Always Enter Sandman is nothing off anything from the 80s there's much better songs. Fight Fire with Fire the things that should not be For Whom the Bell Tolls Battery Master of Puppets Fade to Black. Creeping death The Four Horsemen but no they have the use the most played out Metallica song. I mean I think it's cool that there featuring a metal song on TV but come on now
