This is great because that reminds me I am going to be trying to do wild boar never had it before but it's basically wild pig but much more healthy. I am going to do it for my first neighborhood BBQ Newfy and I are doing all the cooking it's basically a big block party I'm buying fireworks everything everyone is invited and it's going to be the first day of real spring! It's going to be awesome!
Wild boar is going to be one of my stare dishes and I am hopeful everyone is going to love it !

Everything was fully cooked though. No real chance of cross contamination when all meats were cooked all the way.

Just watched this chap and I noted there is an overwellming prjedudice he only shows Indian or Asian females. The last show he went to some white male making methi, (fenugreek), tumeric, Garam Masala, Chillie powder, jerra, corriander, and then calls it Jamacian! In another show Sguy says Halal food is the humane and ritually slaughtered meat. It is ritually sluaghtered but certainly not humane. It is a shameful that western food standards and and animale welfare agencies dare not wuetion the Aorta anbeing cut and the animal taking several hours to die! Barbaric method of killng an animal. It is amazing that they say tradition overrights the wlefare and cruelty yet then they adopt to have anesthesia in surgery. All those who think that tradition should triumph, why do you have to have an amplifier broadcastingt he Azzan, or having modern medicine to save them? I asked Guy if he knew what constituded Halal. He could not be bothered or did not know what it was to get in touch with me!
