I know how you feel, Obi. Being out of commission sucks. The forced down time can get to you worse than the injury.
I can totally understand what you are saying about going to the Gym being your safe space. Mine used to be running and when I came out of the military my achilles was shot meaning I couldn't run like I used to. Had to find something else healthy to do but man did it take me to so many bad places before the good.
16:35 looks good for sure, I take them to a tailor to have the neck adjusted to a length im good with.

You are truly an inspiration to me. I like to challenge myself and my fitness journey started with overcoming my fear of deep water. I started practicing swimming and crawling which became a passion 7 days a week. Going to the gym has been an additional passion for a few years now. Love being in my bubble with good music in my ears and pushing myself in the gym. Now why I am writing... I have worked in raital for 15 years but my profession is graphic design. I really like some of your pictures in the Christmas Vlog. You really fit in black and not too big clothes, sporty, simple but classic and in a cap when you wear it backwards (the American style). Just a little thought... Keep up the good work and good luck with the development of your brand, vlog and life in general.😃👋❤

How do you get work done at the gym being so friendly. I don't know, when I go to the gym all I want to do is focus on my workout.
Could you make more follow along versions of ur kettlebell workouts. I find the much easier to follow and keep the energy up🙏🙏🙏 Ur workouts are the best on youtube just need more follow alongs😁

question to obi, not sure if u answer questions. when u go to restaurants, etc, sometimes these heavy coats, etc keep the smell of spices and restaurant food. any tips to remove those? whats ur regimen?
Looks like you've maintained most of your size and conditioning. Shouldn't take long to get back to where you were.
I had to take a forced break of 3 weeks due to a surgery as well which really sucked.
