Hi Obi, I love your videos as always and the clothing line is fire. I have wanted to message you to let you know I have been watching your videos for a while now and you were one of my inspirations to lose weight and gain muscle! I was weighing in at 155kg and in 7 months I lost 70kg (reached 85kg) and am now doing a lean bulk diet which has resulted in a gain of about 10-11kg in muscle.
I love your videos because I learn to train with light weights and proper form as I have an issue with my left shoulder that keeps dislocating and I am still building a lot of muscle.
I have started my own CZcams channel showing my progress and have mentioned you in my first video, I would love if you could take a look at it =) Just a heads up I am just learning how to do videos and are not nearly as entertaining as yours but I hope I can inspire people like you did to me!

The logo is too big, try to blind it with the t-shirt, or to create a sigle or a logo , for the cut there is brand called vinyl art clothing , check their cuts , it's really well done , this is my point of view , I hope it will help
How much do you spend per month on groceries / eating out?
Wayyy too much on food but I don’t have much expenses as I don’t drink or have a car yet so it mostly goes into food! Lol
