  • Today’s video is the classic Southern Fried Potatoes. When done right, these potatoes are amazing. It’s just a matter of cooking at the right temperature and the right amount of time to get that fried potato flavor. In this video, I chose to cook these without any onion. Most people would prefer the onion to have been included. So, if you want the onion, go ahead and add it in. As with any recipe, I encourage you to make changes. If you don’t like something, cut it back or compensate. Most of all, I just want you to enjoy cooking and if you like potatoes, this is a great recipe. I hope you will like this; it’s like an old-school comfort food.
