Last song of the night, Daydream Believer. I wanted to run up and give Micky a hug when he started crying.

So touching. I see the heart Mickey has. I know how it hurts to outlive others. My son and parents crossed 3 years ago. But I can say that the amount of pain you feel is the amount of love you have for them that you cannot voice any more (in your mind.) But they are still with us. Love you Mickey! You are still the best of the best of the best. It is ok. You are allowed.
Your mind and HEART. To me they're connected,... I'm not religious, yet believe, Always live your life to the fullest. Respect others, and give a Loving Hand. Hopefully it starts a CHAIN Reaction
When Micky lost it, so did I. I couldn't watch anymore. And now Micky is all alone. How sad.
this video is so good, but it just makes me sad that, Davy isn't here. but he was watching Micky, Peter & His Daughters, and smiling down. ❤👼
Peter was very close to Davy I read. They both were gems. I hope to see them in heaven
Mickey seems like he's almost to tear at the 1:10 mark. What a loss , and then to do this show without Davy with his unique tone.

Broke my heart when his voice cracks and gets emotional. I'm not sure which one but I think it was one of Davys daughters that was hugging him. (I saw Annabelle beside him plus Deena Martin too.)

Peter died 3 days after my mom.
Jokingly I said thank god I don't have anymore parents....and now Mike is gone. My childhood just keeps slipping away. RIP ❤❤❤❤❤

It's hard to put into words the kind of connection I have always had with those four guys from the time I was a ten year old child coming of age, and even now!!! It is so bittersweet to see Micky and Peter saying farewell to Davy!!! RIP DAVY, MIKE AND PETER!!!! YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN

I saw the very last performance of the Monkees at the Greek theater last October. This was the song that bought tears to my eyes. Michael Nesmith died 3 weeks later. So glad that I got to see Mickey and Michael! Always loved them! Davy Jones and Peter Tork too. I am crying right now texting this!
Mike looked like he was struggling to make it through that concert. It was good to see him one last time.

After watching so many videos of The Monkees in their various formations since the end of the original series, I've decided that Micky was a rock and the glue that kept the group "alive." Sorry for mixing my metaphors!
That's a very good point, I think Mickey is the only one that has been in every line-up whether two, three, or four members in the band.
I saw mickey just last weekend. Still sounds amazing all by himself.

I emailed him in December and told him that I really enjoyed getting to see him and Mike Nesmith at the Texas Trust CU theater in October. Also, I still have the ticket on my phone from when I saw them at the Majestic Theater in Dallas on Thursday April 16th, 2020 at 8 pm. Several days after the show I emailed them and let them know how much I really enjoyed getting to see them.
Davy was such an integral part of the Monkees. They ALL were. So were Boyce & Hart.
So sad. We just have to let go, I guess 🇬🇧!

I don't know how Mike and Micky got through their shows after the loss of Peter Tork on February 21, 2019.
He was probably crying about the loss of Peter.

I googled if the surviving Monkees were at Davy's memorial. They were. I don't know if Nez didn't want to perform or the memorial was a different event. Obviously there could have been more than one. Mike was kind of moody. He didn't like Peter or Davy at times and it was mutual. But yeah it would have been nice if he could have been there.
@@SueProv yeah ive noticed that about Nez, its weird hearing him say he didnt like Peter, because not liking someone usually implies dislike - he even said it in an interveiw immediatrely after Peter died, which seemed unnecessary - but Nez clarified it by saying he just didnt like various aspects of Peters personality & it made it hard for them to get along, but he loved & respected Peter like a brother - & i get that - i feel the same about my brother
