I have a question for example if the school that you attended didnt do gcse further maths is it possible to self teach yourself online or can you still do it at a level if you didnt do gcse further maths
Yh I think you can still do A-Level Further Maths without doing GCSE Further Maths

Abdullah I strongly recommend u do a python course for your actual GCSE exams as there will be lots of overlap, and also learn the OCR exam reference language (they have their own pseudocode) and learn how to use it and trust me you'll get full marks.
Abdullah those are very good grades what did you do for gcse maths and science to get those top grades? How did you revise and what did you do to prepare?
Hello bro i see he has not replied so i can help you out ( in my January mocks i got 998 in science and 9 in math) so essentially for math all you do is watch GCSEmathstutor videos for all the topics you dont understand and then do past papers on maths genie and you can also do topic questions on corbettmaths. For science i recommend watching freesciencelessons and cognito for understanding then use your revision guide and flashcards for active recall then finally do some practice questions.. I hope this helps👍🏽

I wouln't recommend doing further maths as a 3rd subject but as a 4th subject, because it isn't considered an independent subject but an addon to maths but it is still stressfull

I am having a bit of problem in choosing the subjects for alevels
I was also going to take the same combination of alevel subjects as you but i am unsure about physics and math
Are they very very difficult? Because im not that good in physics

Hello i see he hasnt replied but i have a suggestion… maths is just a matter of practice not knowledge but physics can be very difficult as physics is one of the hardest courses at university. Therefore they make the a level deliberately very hard to prepare you for university physics ( if thats what you choose) thats why i think a level physics is probably one of if not THE hardest a level
Same here, physics is too hard for me! I swapped it with Economics because some Computer Science Professors advised me that Economics will help on the financial sector!

If you dont think you will get 7's in maths and physics for gcse then dont do it, it will become too difficult but hey do what you feel
Depends on what sorts of degrees currently interest you, because the most important things are your grades, so unless a degree requires/highly recommends a subject you should be fine not taking it.

for a level you have to pick further maths as your 4th option, you cannot do 4 distinct subjects and have further maths in it

Hello bro! I can tell you its not about the amount its about the consistency e.g. 1-2 hrs a day everyday till exams is way better than doing 5 hours and burning out after one week CONSISTENCY IS KEY!

It seems to me you should be in the Higher Tier for Maths, maybe Science aswell, keep on being amazing and I'm sure you'll move to the Higher tier!
