In regards to your question, both phrases are correct and appropriate. I would use the question especially if I want some extra things, like napkins, bread, sauce, chopsticks and so on.
"Can I get some more napkins?" = "Can I have some more napkins?"
"Can I get some more bread?" = "Can I have some more bread?"

Fantastic work. If possible, I would like to suggest pointing out the different pronunciation between P and B in words and sentences.
With P, you’ll only feel air coming out, you can put a small piece of paper in front of your mouth and see it move.
With B, you’ll feel a vibration in your throat, and you won’t move the paper.
For more research you can look up voiced and voiceless sounds, hope that helps!

Yes, if you say: "We have a reservation [under the name 'Mark']."
It means: "My reservation is for Mark." or "Mark made a reservation earlier."
Dan arrives at the restaurant: "Hi, I have a reservation under the name 'Dan'."
Maria arrives at the restaurant: "Hi, I have a reservation under the name 'Maria'."
I hope that makes sense!

We use "get" a lot in English, it's a very common casual word that has lots of different meanings but in this case: "could I get..." and "could I have..." mean the same thing when ordering food!

Hi good morning! Most of the time the answers come from the servers or wait staff at the restaurant, and a lot of the answers would be “yes, of course”! But hopefully we will do some practice dialogues soon.

Could we often use in the future and it gives people more of a choice
Could is considered more polite in English than can so it’s helpful to use it with workers and servers!

- Wait for:
This phrase is used when you are staying in one place because you expect something to happen or someone to arrive.
"I am waiting for the bus." (You are expecting the bus to arrive.)
"If someone is late, I am waiting for them." (You are staying because you expect the person to arrive.)
So in your sentence, "I am waiting for them" is correct if you are expecting someone to arrive.
- Wait on:
This phrase can mean to serve someone, especially in a restaurant or similar setting.
"The waiter is waiting on the customers." (The waiter is serving the customers.)
*AND* It can also mean to be delayed or to be waiting for something to happen before you can proceed.
"I am waiting on the test results before making a decision." (You need the test results first before you can make a decision.)
"We're still waiting on two people." (We need 2 more people before we can order food and start our meal)

In the question "do you have a drinks menu" why is used " a" before plural form?
Drinks is this case is an adjective for what kind of menu: a drink menu or a drinks menu

In the United States it’s very common to get free glasses of water or like you mentioned bottles of water for each person.
Waters for the table: separate glasses or bottles
Water for the table: maybe a pitcher or jar to share

It’s very common to get glasses of
water at a restaurant and when ordering in spoken English we often say “can I get a water please, can we get two waters please” for separate glasses of water
“Water for the table” would probably mean a jug or pitcher of water to share
