Making the peanut butter in the GRINDER, is the best I have seen. No hassle, or putting a strain on the motor. Thanks vm. I will surely make it your way, in my GRINDER.

I love people who choose healthy ways to prepare natural foods. Thank you for sharing your step-by-step process. However, I beg you, please do NOT reccomend canola oil, as it is one of the UNHEALTHIEST oils to consume. Canola oil is terrible for your health. Do some research and you'll see how damaging it is to your metabolic health. It causes great I flamation, it leads to obesity, pancreatic and liver disease and more. For your recipe, try coconut or avocado oils. They are very good for your health.
