My French mom had for the first time this week peanut butter at 79 . . . quite exotic in France ... she loved it ... told her my fav is peanut butter milk shake ... love Reese's too ... love peanut butter and chocolate ... think I'll have to show her your video and make this pie . . . M M M !

I found a recipe that only called for the 8oz. Cream Cheese, one cup of peanut butter blended then fold in 16oz of cool whip. Spoon into an Oreo Pie Crust. I made this for my family and have ended up making 15 in the last 2 months for family and friends. The word spread fast. Lol

First off I love your recipes. They’re so simple to follow and take things that are easy to find in the store. My mom has a peanut butter pie that I have been making for years. She did it just the same so I called it my mom's famous peanut butter pie

I made this pie before similar pie a waitress at the Cracker Barrel restaurant Nashville Tennessee gave me the recipe but what she did instead of the peanut butter cups on top she boils or heated up some strawberry jam and drizzle that on top so it was peanut butter and jelly by it was really good I’ve made it with grape and my mom loved it so did I thank you

@@CatherinesPlates No, thank you! I just made this pie for one of my nephews. He loves peanut butter pie. Like Thomas I wasn't able to put all of the filling into the crust. So I put the overage in the Cool Whip container I just emptied. I also didn't have any peanut butter cups. So I just melted about a cup of chocolate chips and a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter together and topped the pie and my stash.
I probably shouldn't have made this on the same day as the brownie cookies but I couldn't help myself. ☺️ I may even put a little of the pie mixture on a brownie cookie. 🍪 I may also have to go to bed with no dinner.

Getting ready for my daughter's family to come in from N.Carolina to Ohio. Having Thanksgiving and Christmas at the same time. I was checking out some candies to start with. Ran across this recipe. To save on clean up, I'm making buckeyes then when finished I can use the same bowl for this pie. Including the chocolate. Any left over from the buckeyes ,I can drizzle over the pie. "Light bulb!"😅😅😅 But perfect, considering it's been years since I had Thanksgiving at my house. And the meal is on me.😊 And of course, anything peanut butter and chocolate are usually big favorites. Yum! But Thank you for the recipe. Yummy!!!
