Hi I absolutely love this channel my name is Richard and when I run or bike what I do is wear woman’s black footed Tights so the ankle doesn’t ride up so everything is built in and stays in place and for more comfort I don’t wear shorts just Tights and Windbreaker ❤Sincerely Richard ❤
