EU4 but MING is the Emperor of the WORLD
Vložit
- čas přidán 19. 10. 2022
- In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be making every nation in the entire WORLD a tributary state of Ming, the Emperor of China. Bigger nations will likely be disloyal, and that should cause some issues, but with so many tributaries, passing reforms early should be very quick..

Day 29 of asking for everyone to be a ming tributary, wait
You did It! You Crazy son of a Ming you did It!
Day who knows which of listening to Mr. Blue Sky... wait, wrong comment section!
YOU DID IT LESSGOOOOOOOOO
Nice try
This was a dumb idea to begin with. Too bad it actually materialised. It had no interesting gameplay impact.
I would love to see a video where all the traditionally "Lucky Nation" had the bonuses inverted into penalties and made into "Unlucky Nations" for hopefully some wildly alternative timelines without the major powers dominating everything
Boy do I have a video for you in a couple weeks ❤️
This would be very fun, especially if some of the nations that are often gobbled up are given a boost to see what will happen.
@@Chewbert Can’t wait!

Chewy
Missed pun opportunity
*"Gotland Got land"*
I do not apologize and will not leave
Gotland: You got Land!!
That was a beautiful Italy and surviving Byzantium. Brought a tear to my eye.
Also, the movie reference was said by Nigel Powers, played by Michael Caine, from Austin Powers in Goldmember.
Cadia stands!
17:00 AUSTIN POWERS: GOLDMEMBER.
FEED ME.

Sup Laith
That one dude who asked for this every day for a month straight is going to be so happy.
World: made for Ming to win
Spain: this is for me right?
One that I'd love to see is every country having a random tech level for the pure wackiness factor
The fact that Byzantium/ eastern roman empire somehow survived so extremely long infact for the whole game with just one province, Constantinople is funny lol
I didn’t have anything to do with it at all, either, it’s so funny 😂
That might be because they stayed a tributary to the end and their neighbors were either too afraid to fight the Ming or straight up lost to the Ming. (Although the Byzantines lost their land on the Peloponnese peninsula quite quickly, maybe it was that combined with some crazy luck or their fort in Constantinople served them quite well while reinforcements arrived eventually).
It would've been nice to see which tributaries Ming kept/regained and which they even converted into actual vassals (if the AI does that), small missed opportunity there. ;)
Day 20 (I think) of asking for EU4 but every Subcontinent is a Shogunate
I second this
This.
Seconded
I tenth this
Eu4 but borders are modern in 1444
Thanks for realizing my idea
GOAT
Would love to see eu4 but everyone starts with admin tech 32. So they have all Ideas unlocked at the start.
He'll have to give a triggered modifer to compensate for the unbalanced research.
Think it would be interesting if you just made a nation with a full 666 ruler immortal and see how far that single person can take their nation. Might be fun or might have a hunting accident in the fist month tick.
Everybody is a new world native?
As long as your PC survives xD
once i was in a game where the ming AI survived and, when the spanish AI colonised the phillipines, ming declared on them and made them their tributary. and then they conquered holland. this is where my france game ended
Giving me major Drew Durnil vibes. It's awesome to see Chewy. I'm glad you're a friend of Parmy.
Cheers, that’s my main inspiration for this channel!
And of course! I love parm!
Calling this before I watch the video , Ming still explodes
You are wrong though 🤣
Now maybe divide the world between two emperors, half of the world in HRE under Austria and the second half under Ming as tributaries
Nah. Europe and Northern Africa under the HRE, Asia and the rest of Africa under Ming, Oceania, Japan, and the Americas under the Shogun.
Day 0 of asking a game where everyone is a formable nation
I expect loads, and loads of BING CHILLING!
Make every province a free city challenge (The emperor is ULM)
That one Guy finally got what he wanted
Please do one where all the trade route directions are inverted! It would make nodes like Ethiopia and Cuiaba end nodes!
Stay tuned, coming in a couple weeks!
Would LOVE to see this again with the newish updates giving Ming more reforms!!!
Eu4 but you combine as many of your past ideas as possible (obviously a lot of them are incompatible, but it'd be interesting to see what you can do)
Crazy that italy snagged economic hegemon with Spain covering the world's oceans in Spanish trade fleets. I can't imagine how much money must have been flowing into Seville
Eu4 but every nation is a daimyo of ashikaga
It would be interesting to see a eu4 game where the entire world produces cloves, but the entire world also has flat development and random lucky nations.
14:29 Romaboos getting very excited
I am greatly looking forward to a video on the Holy Roman Everywhere (everywhere is part of the HRE)
eu4 but byzantium has all the tech level and all idea sets filled by 1444
Ming: Come on World! Put your shit together!
Byz probably still exists because they remained a tributary of Ming and the Ottos didn't want to fight Ming.
A Goldmember reference was about the last thing I was expecting from this 😄
I love gooooooold!!
Here’s your 🍪
Love the video ideas.
Really wish you'd convert some of your most interesting games into Vicky 2 scenarios, if only for a Vicky player like me to explore these scenarios on the other end
I feel like it would be fun to see a player be doing this challege
13:26 LOL SCOTLAND 🏴🤣🤣🤣
Hey Chewy , I'm pretty sure that quote is an Austin Powers quote. I used to use it a lot with my Dutch friends :)
Eu4 but exploration idea cannot be taken as the first idea group
Wish that at the end we got to see how many people were still in the dynasty, unless I don't understand how it works and it isnt a thing by the end.
Hmm yes lore of mandate of Ming momentum 100
+1000000000 social credits
Hey I love your videos!!! I would love to see EU4 but every nation has the same starting development. Ming, Ulm and every other nation has the same dev from 1444
could be fun to see a VH game, maybe with random lucky nations or no lucky nations
Did anyone see that the purple phenoix did the unthinkable and holded out for dear life…
Love to see Italy beating the crap out of Ming before the end
this has the potential to create some very cursed timelimes, since i'm guessing anyone that's a tributary can eventually become Emperor
Tributaries cannot become emperor without first breaking tributary status and then going to war for the mandate like any other country, being a tributary just adds an extra step
only eastern religions and pagans that border the emperor can become the emperor
@@zucchinilover449 Is there a requirement to be an Asian country (or Chinese tech group or an Eastern cultural group) to take the Mandate?
confucian mughals with all religions harmonized sounds good to me
I wonder how this would play out if Germany had it's mission tree completed in 1444
EU4 but everyone is in the HRE
Austin Powers quote. Love it lol
An excellent video. I was kind of hoping for Ming to colonize the new world but they let Spain have that fun.
You know how Wales saw themselves as getting legitimacy (and their royal line) by Roman Emperor Maximus? Thus arguably making them a West Roman successor state?
I'd love to see a video where you create and buff the hell out of Wales and the Byzantines, and see how they go restoring the Roman Empire in 1444
Make one random province, anywhere, with 200-300 development.

Austin Powers: Gold Member
Hilarious film.
Hmm yes Chewbert When eu4 but all nations are released
Haven't heard anyone reference Austin Powers in a loooooong time.
Yeah, baby, yeahhhh!
a time where the confucians have sincreticed every religion(have all the bonuses)
Video idea: Make every colonial nation independent in 1444 and let them own all provinces in their respective colonial regions
I’ve seen a lot of Inca tag roaring through South America lately, as one of those funny things you see occur from patch to patch.
Khalkha refers to a subset of Mongol people that constitute the majority of modern Mongolia’s population. Those living in China and elsewhere are technically different groups.
Peter Zeihan Nightmare come true.
don't know if you have done so before. but what if everyone was in the hre?
or more interestingly. what if every empire became the HRE. so the ming for example would be exploded into being another HRE.
What if Austria had the mandate of heaven, and had all the Japanese Daimyos and all HRE reforms into centralization passed in 1444.
First day of asking for Theodoro having all monuments.
Can someone help id the song that is playing at the very start? Is it apart of one of the DLCs or not even in the game at all? If I have it, I cannot find it ingame. Thanks in advance.
It's Adriel Fair
Chewy I just spent 5 minutes thinking I lost my mind. I knew about The chewy shoot channel but I didn't know about this one and I was like is this the same person? I like the content though,
Lmao
Yeah, same dude ❤️
Shmoke and a pancake? Can I have that cookie now? 😂
Lmao such a good flick 🍪
eu4 but the entire world is one culture
Go home, EU4, you're drunk.
Austin Powers.. Great movie!
🍪 Agreed!
When chewy calls the flemish frisians
Frisian is the superior lowlander culture, change my mind
@@Chewbert as a Flemish man myself I say we are on par as the people at the germanic family table that no one can fucking understand
Well since you did this
You could also make a world where everyone is a dayimyo
Not sure how well it would work though
Everybody is a pirate republic? Idk could be fun.
at 1444 set 1 country to own every single province on the map and make it so everywhere has -100 unrest or whatever its called lol.
dont assimilate tho, like keep the culture it normally would be as well as religion.
I did this like 2 weeks ago with the Roman Empire, check my playlist :D
appropriately im gonna sk where you do a video with the tibetan empire in the game
austin powers babyyy
Byzantium in 1821
*CONSTANTINOPLE STANDS!*
How about a Holy "Roman Empire". Where the HRE is the greatest extent of the Roman empire borders? I've always wanted to see something like this play out. Maybe Byzantium could survive starting as the Emperor of this Holy "Roman Empire"?
Mingplosion in 3, 2, 1...
I would have like to see (like every 100 years ingame) whos still a tributary of ming.
That was a based Jaffna. They start as an opm vassal of Vijayanagar.😊
Please someone make this continue as a Vic 2 mod
What do you think about a battle royale with all of the formable nations or all of the pirate nations?
Chewy you should play some games with randome new world on maybe combine it with somthing else in another video
now make ming not have the mandate of heaven in 1444.
Still watching so idk if it changes, but in my games ming never uses the elevate tribute button. I've tried setting up a fully reformed Ming before but they never vassalize anyone.
Sadly
Is there a mod for EU4 that replace the many Italian states by Western Rome? I feel it would be interesting to see something like what if Rome made enough good decisions to ensure the survival of their civilization.
Spain the only superpower strong everywhere else but their own turf
Call Flash Gordon!
Now do every country is in the HRE
Every province has a Level 3 Fort and AI can’t delete forts
I love your videos! tysm! Could you do one where you delete all nations except one? idk if that would be entertaining \(:/)/.
Eu4, but everyone is catholic. Can't wait to see reformation in 1450s.
In Brasil, We Talk Ce-a-rá
Quoting Austin Powers in Goldmember and thinking I won´t know
NOW GIVE ME THAT COOKIE
🍪
that mink
As an Italian I feel insulted by the words "Italy" and "Economic Egemon" in the same sentence
lmao
