What are your thoughts on the Legend Yusuf Bhai? Is his shop somewhere you'd want to visit? 😊

You should definitely go there and have him make 3 different colognes. It will be a great video for your channel.
Exactly. For any fragrance channel in fact.
let's see...versace blue jeans, dior sauvage EDT, and secretions magnifique..
Sure thing thank you
I bet 10k he can't recreate Molecule 01.
@@lullemans72 secretions lol
I have bought 40 perfumes from him, his Creed Aventus is great. For 24 USD it's worth it and the performance is as good as the original. I'd also recommend his version of Tobacco Vanille, Le Frenchy, Ultra Male, Bleu De Chanel, Reflection Man and Spice Bomb Extreme.
Does this professional, and I literally mean this, have a contact number or website. Thank you for sharing. Cheers from Kingston Ontario Canada
I live in Dubai and has tried some of his clone. The man's overacted I would say he is close to other clone houses like Alexanderia fragrances and such. Most of his creations are hit or miss . I don't think his reflection was close to the original .
@@MrAshar101 ofc everyone that thinks differently is living in denial
Fayaz bhai, how does BDC performs and projects?
Do his fragrances last a long time ? & How close to the originals does he get, I really want to order from him but I have heard mixed reviews and want high quality fragrances that are close to the originals with good longevity
He has mastered his skill, He knows the quantity without even measuring, He knows the algorithm and the ingredients by just smelling. What A Man
Nope
@@stx7389 YES!
Are you a perfumer?
As an Indian, I feel like India can do so much in the realm of perfumery. We got everything we need, whether it's aromatic spices and flowers, expensive woods, talented people, very traditional and ancient knowledge to make perfume oils. It's crazy how expensive perfumes are because of the west, that it's almost a luxury.
Lol just go and read about bull crap Indian laws that prohibit to own many premium perfume chemicals.. while other countries are free from all that.. Just for example Ambergris even keeping it in possession can land you in jail in India..
@@thedarkside3178 ambergris is banned to protect sperm whales, an endangered species. Not a bullcrap law i think
Well, there are houses like..
Perfumologist / Projekt Alternative
Dixit and Zak
Aamod Fragrances
Titan
Maison de Foujdar
We have a nerfed market of perfumery, but that's alright. Will grow in times to come with income levels. There is a reason everyone loves deodorants here instead of EDT or higher concentrations.
This is because the summer is so hot that perfumes would evaporate only a few minutes after a deodorant would but would have less value for money...
Even in deodorants, you can try Wild Stone Code Iridium (Cheapest Dior Sauvage clone in the world)
@@thedarkside3178 That's the only note India has banned. In EU, lilial is banned. We can use that, though. Same goes for oakmoss.
@@rachitsachdeva7836 It’s whale throw up, no murdering needed. It’s a dumb law.
Here is Egypt , there are tons of perfumery shops that prepare any brand you want with much higher concentration and projection than the original and smell 100% identical
Damn!!!
Hey! I am an Egyptian living in the US who is super interested. Can you please let me know the names and locations of these places? Are they affordable and do they ship abroad? I am tired of American prices!
No never. Maybe he can replicate garbage designer crap. But no way can he recreate anything by Areej Le Dore, Ensar Oud, Papillon, Serge Lutens, Roja, MFK, and many of the great perfumes .
@@ChildofGodforevrhave you tried?
I would ask him to recreate a fragrance well known for poor performance (e.g. Oud Wood, Rochas Man) and twist it enough to make it long lasting. Sadly the 2 times I had been in Dubai were prior to my fragrance love started, would have gone there otherwise.
That's a great idea bro
Yeah! Something like Nautica Voyage N83
This is actually what i did with Jo Malone's Bronze Wood & Leather. The original usually barely lasted 4 hours, Yusuf Bhai's one lasted 12 hrs. needless to say, I'm a convert lol.
This is the dream shop. I would go in there and buy every discontinued fragrance and a lot of niche frangrances i can't afford
Brilliant video. Let me see when the next plane is going to Dubai.
Haha same 👀
I'll be joining you on that flight from Kingston Ontario Canada 👍😁
Thank you for bringing this man to our attention, it really is fascinating to see him crafting a fragrance. Really appreciate it, thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you for watching J. Mig, glad you enjoyed discovering Yousuf as much as I did 😊
out of all he picked a Lacoste 😂
A man of exquisite taste 😅
You are right about the spices in Kerala. I belong to same and being a frag head whenever I spray fragrances, especially the spicy ones, it brings me back many memories. The first time I smell YSL-LNDH it instantly reminded me of a herbal powder we used to apply hair, probably because of the Vetiver. Good video mate btw.
I'd like to order a creed aventus, without Bergamott but with Melon instead. Extra Leather and please go easy on the ambergris. With vanilla on side.
Thanks!
Probably the most knowledgeable man about fragrances..and he doesn’t even has a YT Chanel ..
What an excellent video, Omar. Thanks 4 sharing with your subscribers. Cheers from Kingston Ontario Canada. Spero
Astonishing. Great material Omar!
Anybody who can recreate a fragrance by nose, in my books is a genius.
A truly unique and amazing man, I would love to have him recreate me a fragrance!
Indeed, same here Charles!
Can you do some fragrance tier list videos like their zoo? I would love to see tier lists in different price ranges and for different occasions.
I am a new subscriber and love ur videos so far!
I always buy expensive perfume clones from him. I bought YSL supreme bouquet, Layton and Oud satin mood clones from him for USD 29 each. Oh my word that was damn close to original and lasts very long time. Next one will be Interlude man black iris😍
How long do the perfumes last on average?
@@jordanrtty23 Lasts more than 24 hrs on my cloths.
@@AbdulHameedM That's amazing! thank you bro.
@@jordanrtty23 You welcome bro
And have you tried Real oud Satin Mood? I'm eyeing that one up and I might just buy from Yousif
Can’t wait for your videos teaching us how to make our own fragrance
Same!
I always compose "from skin" I've never understood why "professionally trained" noses only test the finished product on skin. Fragrance is designed to be worn on skin and thusly the materials would dissipate and act differently when warmed by skin as opposed to scent strip which stays the rooms ambient temperature. Also certain materials tend to smell dirtier or animalistic once applied to skin especially after a workout. To me it's all like a cook who knows the profile of their ingredients but never taste test throughout the process to get it perfect at every stage. I've worked as a sous chef and every restaurant I've ever worked the head chef Always test the food before sending it out to the customers.
I thinks it’s to limit variables because a fragrance will smell slightly different on everyone’s skin based on the way it reacts with their body
Did you mean 'only test the finished product on *paper* ' by any chance?
Well, he smells the chemicals that are used in a fragrance. For example Aaron Terence Hughes is a youtuber, chemist, and he has a fragrance line. When he smells a fragrance he thinks about what chemical ingredients create a certain smell. I imagine that is what this guy picks up.
Except ATH isn't all that. I heard his fragrances aren't that great and there's many fragrances he blind smelled, didnt like them then changed his mind when he knew what they were.
I think he's just good at describing them but not at creating
ATH didn't even know what Labdanum was. I highly doubt he's a chemist, or has any degree in chemistry.
He is a fragrance LEGEND. he is not a common man. He is Yousuf Bhai❤️
I live in Dubai now, everyweek I go there and buy one of his recreations! Its true that it needs a couple of days to perform the best (I put it to the fridge for 2-3 days)! I bought some of the Tom Fords from him 😃 and I can say that they are long lasting and cant really tell anything bad about them! I hope it helps! Cheers
I would have him make Fahrenheit 32 because that’s an amazing fragrance that is so rare nowadays and got discontinued
What middle eastern fragrances could Americans pull off without it coming off as out of place? Something versatile. Probably wonder that horribly but when we stayed at the Luxor in Vegas there were scents there I fell in love with. Met a few people that worked there from Middle Eastern countries that talked to us about how authentic some of the scents they pump through the hotel and casino were that reminded them of their home. I'd go back to Vegas just to smell the Luxor again.
If you wana start with middle eastern fragrances you can't go wrong with "Rasasi Hawas" and "Afnan Turathi Blue"
I met this man in Dubai..great video
Exactyly my thought: he had any chance to recreate any expensive perfume and yet he chose the lacoste perfume
This video was amazing bro
He is our country our state Kerala 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Great video!
Lacoste White is my fav scent too. It’s cheap but so good
Great video and I enjoyed it and I would like to visit his shop one day and have a blessed night
Owao, great talent. May Almighty Allah protect him. Thanks for the video.
The most amazing video👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great Video!
The middle-east, I would say hands down in my opinion is the absolute Pinnacle of the fragrance world 🙌
You might be right…
Most likely invented fragrances tbh.
I’ve shared your opinion since I discovered Nag Champa as a teenager.
fragrance reviewers need to go there and find out how long they last and how good they are
This is just based off of personal experience.
I got a perfume from him and it smelled almost 99% like the real thing, but it just wasnt as long lasting.
No doubt the man has skill and does his bit, but I feel the quality of the product itself isnt one that performs too well.
Again, No hate, love that there is someone out there doing what he is doing.
Have already got a couple pf perfumes from yousuf bhai. Both are excellent.
Planning on visiting him next summer and I'm going to ask him to create a very strong original fragrance that only I will have.
U can buy it online frm his official site
@@udaynandan56 do his fragrances last?
It’s a store I intend to visit for sure, I’d love to see him get Sahraa Oud created…
I hope you try some of his clones and let us know how close they really are
lacoste blanc is my scent in humid summer and if it has better and stronger concetration i couldnt be happier
Then Yousuf is your guy 😉
Waiting for that desperately
Damn I’m early. Love your videos man!
Yes you are, thanks for watching Ian 😁
@@SchoolofScent no problem! I’m tempted to buy an aventus clone from this guy! Just checked out his site im liking it
Much love to Yusuf bhai
You are the best!!! Any recommendations of the best fragrance for a very hot country?
You are the best bro, thank you for watching 😌 Goldfield & Banks specialise in this, try bohemian lime or pacific rock moss 😊
Bt his fragrances dont last more than 1-2 hrs. I purchased 2 perfumes frm his shop.
Everything is ok..no one is updating how is the lasting & performance of his fragrance.
I was curious about this guy. I'm fairly certain he just uses fragrance oils. I can buy concentrated Lacoste Blanc and and add alcohol and other things
This 100%
That's what he is doing. People don't really know the reality behind this.
I'd love to see him recreate Este lauder beyond paradise for men.
I dont know where you live , but you can find this also in turkey , greece , and Morocco ❤❤❤❤ . They make gorgeous mixes with pure perfumes oil
I had got many perfumes from his hand from uae . Thats was exactly same smell and longer lasting
Excellent effort bro. If 100000 likes were possible for one viewer, I would have done that for this video.
Very kind of you Muhammad, have a blessed day
I was getting excited to see you try one of his fragrances in person....😔
Maybe one day Juel when I can afford to go Dubai 😔
I have been coming to Dubai since 2016 and buying from the mall is out never again coming to see Yousuf soon !!!
the 3 questions u asked
1.not using drop method???
-he 1st adds essential oil by mls in beaker and makes concentrated form of that perfume than adds quantity u want eg.100ml alcohol as density of his oil is too thick to mix it like doing in labs wont mix all oil so uses th small blender
2.how can he recreate precisely
-he creates similar or may be better but not 100% same at the time he delivers to customer
he just smells guess the top, middle, base accrding to th adds by ml and definitely he is blessed with that talent by ALLAH s.w.t. the Almighty
3.he uses alott of fragrances and applying it mixes the fragrances as using lot of material in a day
-truly he is blessed with that talent masha-ALLAH
his perfumes are super concentrated more than edu de perfum and ths y they last super great after aged in good temp.
liked ur content on yusuf bhai....
i met him today.a nice gentleman
I wish SO MUCH to have my favourite perfume again... Iris Noir from Yves Rocher... Sadly is discontinued and i don't live in dubai.
This man very simply
Great man, u will find these shops in the middle east in almost every neighbourhood. However, india is not in the middle east, 2 completely different races and regions.
Yusuf Bhai.......💥👌🤩
I remember a perfume from miniso which is a super cheap brand but some of their fragrances are incredibly high quality and long lasting my ex used to wear this perfume which was like 10 dollars but till date that is the best smelling juice in my opinion. It was unisex. I LOVE it but i cant ever wear it because the moment i smell it i reminds me of some not so pleasant experiences
Relatable bro, at least you got to experience the magical perfumery itself 🥺😂
@@SchoolofScent i wish i forgot that i ever smelt it on someone and then i find it again 🤣
what’s the name & notes of that perfume?
Our Jean Baptist Grunoille, from the Movie Perfume.
Love how you respect the man even thought you know that something different with the techniques, but you respect it with class
i really wish that i go there duplicate my first Fragrance it was jerry K by Francois Delacroix , smells like no other brand Fragrance my mother love it. The production was apparently discontinued long ago
What's his website?
I would love to go there.
does YB Neroli Portofino Forte last long? how many hours?(if anybody have tried , do mind share)
Love your full beard style
Brut it is very nice, I used to have a bottle 25 years ago, i will never forget that scent. they dont make it anymore
recently i bought 5 bottles of perfume from him such as dior ferhneit, blue burry hero, creed aventus, tom ford ombre leather and tom ford black orchid but dior ferhneit was smelling good in the begginning but later the smell started to dilute and smells kinda bad now and ombre leather is little stronger then original which gives some discomfort but other than these my other perfumes from him are showing good perfomance both smell wise long lasting wise
I recently purchased Tom Ford Ombre leather and was amazed by performace. Any other fragrances from tom ford that would give me this same reaction?
Tuscan Leather, Black Orchid(& Parfum), Beau de Jour, Tobacco Oud Most of their PB performs 🤙
And, Afnan Rare Carbon as it's an exact clone of TF ombre leather at a fraction of TFs price. While on the topic of great clones, try Afnan 9pm, it's JPGs ultra male clone with excellent quality, projection and sillage. It probably is an exact clone.
@@manzurbukhari9180 its NOT an exact clone. Yes, indeed, very similar, but the Ford is much more deeper, complex, refined. Obviously the TF house would source out better ingredients, oils, and such. But the are close, not exact
Hello ,
I just want to ask about a perfume which was available in the nineties, I can’t remember it’s name, but I recall its package, the package had windmill with British rural home with British flag , if you have any idea about such description, please notify me
He is not human he is a genius
I have been there once last year
He doesn’t make similar fragrances but he does exact fragrances I have entire TOM FORD PRIVATE BLEND made buy him for just the price of one OG 50ml bottle
Interesting, that’s impressive!
@@SchoolofScent it is!!!
He give you number of options for the bottles , caps and the colour of the juice!!
Where can you get Lacoste for $20? I looked it up it’s 70 something
Can we get online yousuf bhai perfume?
See there is a cultural difference between western and eastern way to do things, like I have seen when western people do any recipe cooking, they are very calibrated in their measurement but in east especially in India we don't do any measurement presise. We normally put stuffs in cooking and balance it out later during testing. I think its same with perfume.
I just read the title, he should recreate Creed Aventus and make it stronger than the OG. I know people will say CDNIM, but I haven’t found any clone of Aventus that uses high quality products for the scent itself.
I’d love to see that. CDNIM is terrible, and I have yet to find a clone too that really does it
go check his website, he had creed there
@@christianbrewerton710 check out limited edition version of CDNIM. It doesn't have the harsh opening of the original CDNIM has beast mode projection and lasts 12+ hours off my skin.
@@ez_scents definitely, I second this. The CDNI man Parfum LIMITED EDITION collectors pride box that comes with the nice velvet black bag is absolutely amazing scent
Great idea.... would be a knock out!👍 😎 🏆
It's Indian talent bro
For your kind information, Lacoste Blanc is an exceptional perfume. And many people like it.
Why are you discriminating against it?
Many people love to eat a simple burger, but when you have the chance for a World Famous Chef to cook any dish for you, requesting a basic burger would be a waste of the opportunity. That's not discrimination.
Love from Kerala India
my challenge is kouros, anetus and chypre plaitin.
I’ve been to his shop. It’s in the gold souk in Dubai. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed.
Great video
Thank you for watching Omar 👍
Can you post his website I would like to order from him.
What about best Black Friday deals on fragrances?
This was interesting
Jannatul Firdous is a traditional scent from South Asia, which he mentioned alongside with Brut, etc. Nemat makes a good version of it and is very affordable.
You just know he'd have that fragrance dupe already made up for sale anyway its that common. Your totally right you'd give him something REALLY SPECIAL that's never been copied something like..........Creed Aventus 😉
I’d go over there and have him make
Something from roja.
You should also see videos on kannauj, the perfume capital of india 😍
Perfume Dr in Sheffield is the same .
Is there any way to context the man from Kerela to work on a new cologne?
Anyone have his website url?
Does he have a website
Can someone tell me where abouts in dubai his shop?
Yousuf bhai is also my teacher
