I get vertigo but I dunno, sometimes I gotta grab onto walls, dissociation during walking is like tripping into no space, like the pavement infront of you just does not exist despite being there so you feel like you are falling through, I hate it, where its like I do a literally landing like I tripped. My agoraphobia and fear of heights I think trigger it if I ever think about it, I usually keep it off my mind and listen too music and I am all good.

As I have gotten older, when I lie on my back and then move Left to my side, my head will spin for a few seconds; not every time though. Thought maybe BP at first, but it is normally fairly controlled. I'm just getting old.
