Hi love the floor plan. I have two questions. Did Ryan homes gave you an option to extend the flooring in the living areas? And did the concrete patio came standard with the house or you had to pay extra?

Thanks! Yes, we could've had the LVP done in the living area but it was a considerably higher price to do it. I don't remember exactly how much though. The patio is standard with the house, but ours is larger because they made a happy mistake when pouring it 🙃and extended it to fix the issue at no extra charge.

It would have been a project we’d have to do ourselves. We couldn’t make any customizations with the build but maybe that was bc of how crazy the market was then 🤷🏽♀️ not sure

No, I meant the owner's suite.
In real estate they've started referring to the master bedroom as the "owner's bedroom or suite" since the historical origin of "master bedroom" is rooted in slavery. "En Suite" is referring to the bathroom being located inside the bedroom. 😉

Yes we’re still here! The builders used Sherwin Williams city loft on the walls. But they used flat paint which I’m not a fan of. 😒
